Americans for safe Access, along with Attorney Jeff Lake, are filing suit against Nevada County. We can't do a voter referendom, because they voted it in as an urgency ordinance. This will cost the tax payers in Nevada county big big bucks for a long legal battle over an obviously poorly written, unfair, and unconstitutional ordinance. I believe it will go down in Nevada county history as the worst move a board of directors ever made. It is gonna stop the ordinance for now hopefully. I also believe that anyone cited in this, will be able to sue the county over it. It's gonna get ugly up here.

Hope the lawsuit works for everyone up there. My right hand is still immobilized but I had a friend help me mix enough soil for the 6 65gal smarties. I decited to give it a go late so my babies are only 10 days out of the seed so who knows what will happen. Hopefully next year I'll have some rom in the GH and full use of my trimming hand.

I think there will be a lot of people in the same position, good luck wheezy.
I thnk if you kept them out of sight (carport) they don't have the time or resorces to go around looking for it. It will be mostly 'complaints' that get raided.

Yea I'm sure your right about that. They definitly have a few problem areas to deal with first, and after that it'll be based on complaints. it's only a civil infraction anyway....no criminal charges will be filed unless your out of line with the state guidlines, just an abatement with fines if not removed fast enough.

Hi there y'all. I've been visiting this site for a few months but this is my first post.

Wheezer, I'm so glad that you're continuing this grow. I've read your other grows, and I'm hooked on this one. By the way, KUDOS on your big 40 grow, what an undertaking, amazing plants! Since I live in a state that is still backwards when it comes to cannabis, my only legal way to enjoy the thrill of growing is to visit online cannabis forums and view grow journals such as this one. You have my respect. It is refreshing to see a competent individual who gardens intelligently and understands the concept of "the more ya love 'em, the more they give ya." I'll bet I was almost as bummed as you when that new ordinance was enacted...this is one of my main sources of entertainment...lol. Best of luck.
