Aside from that claw they look amazing. Clones just aren't rooting? I still can't get my harlequin cut to root. It's still green and everything and I even put two other cuts into the same cup and they had roots on then within a few days - been over a month and a half or something crazy with the harlequin though.

gas lol thanks man! yeah idk whats up with the clones. no roots and they've been in a week or more. i think the cubes are too wet. and with just water. no nutes or acidity...could be the problem. i shall try taking some more and try following directions better...

as far as the emptiness, i am working on it! i have been putting one from veg into flower once a week. i have 5 now meaning the first one has been in a month. she's hungry for real, but wanted to have her eat up the rest of the MG that was in the soil...feeding time beginning of next week! excited to see all my babies plush and fatten up!

my clones i put into soil worked fine, took forever to reveg cause they came from ladies in flower. i havent ever used rockwool for cloning. are the cubes supposed to be saturated constantly? i wouldnt think so...but im a noob

First of all, your clones really need some sort of humidity dome to help them. The humidity for a clone should be closer to 90%. Second, they appear to have very thick stems... I've found that the smaller, frailer stems from the base of the plant make the best clones. These may root, and they may not, but if they have been there more than 30 days and haven't then they probably won't.

And I keep my rockwool moist, but not sitting in water. As a matter of fact, my rockwool, sits on a tray with grooves and I keep the grooves full of water, but the rockwool sits just barely touching it. I gently squeeze the water out of the rockwool every day and let it wick back up.

Not sure how close you are to me, but if you are interested in driving to the Brunswick area, I might be able to help you out a little... :weed:

yo sorry i have been away for a bit...had to replace the motor in my truck and just got a old fix er upper bike to get on the road so have been super busy.

I agree a humidity dome is a must not only does it keep the humidity up but it helps geep forieng contaminants (dust, spores, bugs) out.

i paid $650 bucks for it, put around $200 so far (includes insurance and registration) to get it road ready, look around for something man craigslist is full of bikes @ a decent price. i would come down and help work on it if you need once mine is on road and will only cost me like 12 bucks there and back in fuel :)

Hey Matthebrute, what kind of bike is it? My hubby just got a 1982 Honda CB900 on the road this season. He paid like $200 for it, and then $40 for another one just like it to use as a parts bike. Between the two of them, he ended up with a really nice bike!

dam thats a sweet A$$ deal!!!

i paid 650 for mine its a 1980 CB650, i actually found a parts bike that was comaptible for 75 bucks but the seller never responded to my e mail :(

your husband got a sweet deal, this 650 is just big enough to keep me comfy and a great first bike but i know im going to want something bigger soon, im 6,1 250 lbs so this bike is a bit small for me but it is nice.

i would let the clones dry out some :) too much water in my opinion. Veg Cap will get better i'm sure, things look to be slowly straightening out, thing is once clawed soo far, hard to go back. Ok if it's a quick transition but the leaves kinda shrink. I would say leave them on, let them soak some light up. Flower cab is looking great, i see some thick nuggies :)

good work M.G.T

OMG SO HAPPY lol...i had 7 notifications when logging in this morning! wooooooooo RIU is back babaaayyY!!!

flowa thanks man! yeah they were too wet. i had kept them in the dome for 4 days or so, so i figured it was ok to start ventilating it. then after a day or two of that i took it off completely. checked for roots yesterday and there were NONE. oh well. i didnt EXPLICITLY follow directions when taking the clones, i mean i did what i had done before that worked. didnt work with rockwool apparently.

the plan at this point is to order some pH up and down (need it to soak the cubes in, and also for hydro (soon enough)) and oakton TDS and pH meters. theyre kinda pricey but ive heard they work almost as good as hannas or whatever those 200 dollar gizmos go for...already picked up a 100 pack of razor blades.

matt man i would LOVE to be able to buy ANY bike, not just the harley i was looking at. i tend to think i can get away with spending WAY more than i actually can. like in this case. i cant even buy a 100 dollar PARTS bike lol. i DID just list my media pc i built (overbuilt) on craigslist. i REALLY want a 12 or 14 foot aluminum vhull on a trailer with a trolling motor (electric or gas). thats my dream for this summer. or a bike if i find a good one. lol. right in the same price range as ur bike...anyway you should DEFINITELY take a ride out to me. bring blue n her hubby! you guys would totally be welcome here, at least to stop by and say hi, have a beverage and a blaze, maybe not stay the night or anything but, more than happy to have you guys come by. SPECIALLY if u bring me some new genetics! lol

blue yeah they were pretty thick. i took them so more just to get them off my mother as shes too big for the veg cab! i have had to unscrew a couple bulbs in there so they stop burning her shoots! ive been doing online research and i have heard both taking thick clones and thin ones both work...heard that there are more starches in the lower shoots for more stored energy versus more growth hormone on shoots farther up. couldnt tell ya where these last clones i took come from on the mother, but they are at least kinda alive still. i will keep them going, back in the dome of course, just to see. theres PLENTY of room in my dome for more, which is good cause i will be taking a SHITLOAD more once i get my meters...and YES I WOULD LOVE YOU TO bring me some, or i could pick them up. either way works for me! :-)

too funny youre in brunswick blue. i was born there. lived there for years. a buddy of mine lived there a few years back stationed at the naval base, so i even visited brunswick many times. i have family in auburn and poland, and many other places in maine. now dont get TOO excited, but the wife and i have been applying to jobs in maine, mostly around portland. were hoping to become MAINEIACS before 2 months pass....WOOT!

anyways yalls, SO amped to have everyone back to being so active. i LOVE this community.

oh yeah matt and blue, heading up to rangely-mooselookmeguntic on monday morning. be fishing thru weds. with my pops tho so cant make any special stops or anything as hes a little...mmm...well. you know. but again, soon enough!
