A tax analogy, who's really paying their fair share?

One is too many.

And his figure of seven is ridiculous, I personally know of two families that had to sell their folks property to come up with the inheritance tax, one of them right after 9/11.

It's pointless debating with Bucky, he'll never admit he's wrong. I wasted a bunch of time with his other bogus claim of paying 25% in federal income taxes, I won't waste anymore.

dude, i posted the pay stub. cry cry cry some more.

once you're done drying those tears and wiping the sand out of your lady parts, you can cite me these thousands of farms that went under due to the estate tax.

or maybe not, since it's a fabricated claim.

If someone is so ignorant as to think a fucking pay stub is an indication of their effective tax rate, they sure as hell are going to be lost when it comes to the inheritance tax.

Go blow smoke up someone else's ass, you're a waste of my time.

Dude you would've gotten a refund if you paid a marginal rate of 25%. I already told you from the IRS site, that a person with no kids and no deductions earning 35,000 pays less than a 10% effective tax rate.

You didn't even earn 35,000, so your marginal rate wouldn't even be as high and as such your effective rate would actually be lower.

Irish guy explains American Federal Income taxes to an American...again.

But he posted a payroll stub to prove it!
Now he claims only seven families have had to liquidate their farm or ranch to pay the inheritance tax, maybe he'll post an old high school report card as proof to that claim! LMFAO

Exactly. Somebody should claim 10 exemptions or exempt for a week, then show UB their paystub.

Buck knows that it doesn't mean shit until end of year taxes are filed.

yes, someone was finally stupid enough to fall for this trap. red realized he was falling into it and backed out. please go ahead and cite 'thousands of family farms' that are forced to sell because of the estate tax. i know the real number, so this is just an exercise in trapping for me. go ahead, back up your claim. i'm gonna grab some popcorn.
Red got tired of your idiocy. So, once again, UncleButt claims victory when there is none. He's a legend in his own mind.

lol, more like i handed you guys your asses by proving my tax rate. anyhoo, i'm going to sit here and wait for your sorry ass to show me these "thousands" of family farms going under. waiting. by the way, the word you want is "irrelevant", not "irreverent".
You sent what appeared to be a paystub for a weeks pay. Didn't prove your tax rate at all. UncleButt claiming victory where there is none, again.

It doesn't matter that a few of us posted tax graphs from the IRS refuting his claims, and it's not that he won't admit he's wrong, people like this cannot admit they're wrong. If he had it in his mind that Barack Obama wasn't really part black and was actually half Chinese and Lithuanian, there's no amount of evidence we could post as proof for him to admit the obvious. That's exactly why most of us take everything he says with a grain of salt.

Face it, every forum has a resident know it all, RIU Politics has Bucky!

ROTFLMAO... you REALLY need to seek psychological help.
He really does, no matter what proof you give this resident know it all, he's never wrong or at a loss for words for that matter.

your argument is that taxes are unconstitutional.

my argument is that you need to read the 16th amendment. browsing up on SCOTUS precedent for cases surrounding the 16th amendment would help too, but you'll just cherrypick the one or two cases that got reversed later on by higher courts.
First he tells you it would help browsing up on Supreme Court Rulings as precedent, which you did, then in the next breath he predicts you'll cite one or two cases that were overturned by a higher court!

I guess the million dollar question to Bucky would be, what higher court in America has the authority to reverse a Supreme Court decision? LMFAO Anyone else have a strong hunch he won't be able to provide any facts to back up this ignorant claim? Unless of course, it's another one of those ultra clever traps of his! LOL

so, is anyone ever going to post citation of these thousands of farms going under due to the estate tax? anyone? ever?

LOL!

apparently the psychotic homicidal mooching tax cheat is also a constitutional lawyer and an evolutionary biologist who knows what nature "wants".

lol.
If you weren't oblivious you would have a basic understanding as to the obviousness, of what mother nature wants, and her policies of conduct that she forces upon the inhabitants of this planet, without mercy.

It's apparent at this point in time, mother nature does not warrant unjust, socialistic policies. This non-socialistic theory in correlation with mother nature, could be reinforced by the fact that many nations with socialistic ideals/agendas, are all starting to slip into the depths of bankruptcy. This bankruptcy is the ultimate result of a failed social theory, based on failed mathematics, and a slew of thievery upon the people of the countries (to reinforce the socialistic policies), these policies are enforced upon.

You can argue for your socialistic fallacies all day. Mother nature always wins (because she is always right), even when man has created some system that circumvents mother nature's, naturally enforced policies. Circumvention of mother nature is always temporary, and will always have it's consequences. Global bankruptcy is an irrefutable consequence that has a few roots, and of the larger roots feeding the failure at cause, is the mathematically proven, and existent root of socialism, and it's entangled fallacies. If you haven't caught on, forced-socialism is a man-made circumvention of mother nature, thus it doesn't work. Not because I say it won't work, mother nature simply will not allow it to work, period.

This is how mother nature does math. When something doesn't work, mother nature will show you the answer by not allowing it to work. Even when man thinks they have created a closed-loop system, that is delusionally unaffiliated with nature in some aspect via the presence of paper currency, mother nature will always give you the same answer, and that answer is a big fucking "NO, that will not work".

lol, your whole argument is based on anthropomorphization.

nature doesn't want anything, she is indifferent. guess you've yet to take those 9th grade biology courses. soon. hang in there, kiddo.

I, unlike you, didn't make a claim I cannot backup. And, I never claimed there were thousands of farms going under because of the inheritance tax. If you could provide a post where I did, I will concede that point.

You on the other hand, stated a Supreme Court decision can be overruled by a higher court, please inform us all who that higher court would be.

So you tell me that wild animals take care of their young/weak/injured, and somehow affiliate that theory with the intended good in a socialism-based society. That's some type of inference that mother nature wants socialism embedded into society, is it not?. The hypocrisy from yourself, on denying what you've said previously, in relation to nature and socialism is astounding.

Mother nature is about to show you and the rest of the world socialism doesn't work. Mother nature will not allow socialism to exist in a self-sustainable society, and a non-self sustainable society implodes as a result. Mother nature 101.
