I've donated clones on craigslist many times mmmp-to-mmmp with no issues but I recommend caution.

Some people contacted me interested and would only ask about "buying" when they were donation only, I would be weary of them.

Yes technically they are compensating you for your grow expenses and time, nothing more. Anything more then that is illegal in CA.

I recommend reviewing your states Attorney General Guidelines.

The "donating" thing doesn't provide you any legal cover. None. Don't bother with it, it's a way of lying to yourself that it's safer than it is. You are selling, period - unless you will accept anything, even nothing, as a "donation." If it's required it is NOT a "donation" in the eyes of the law.

I imagine the MI Supreme Court will probably re-legalize P2P given their last ruling.
