i'm sorry if i upset you by explaining facts about the author of sb1070, the governor who signed it into law, and its conflict with the united states constitution.

the rest of what you say is a pity parade. let me just leave you with this: my dad has no problem getting work and he is never the cheapest bid. he is a methodical worker and employs his decades of experience to offer solutions to his clients. clients like to hire someone they can trust just as much if not more than the cheapest bid in town. look inward for ways to improve your marketability, not outward at people who are willing to do your job for less.

it is in the courts because it in unconstitutional. it is the job of the federal government to enforce immigration laws, not states.

Dude for me, the jobs dont matter. I have no problem finding work and no illegal can change that. For people that work in the construction and agriculture industry it might be different.
