Thanks getaway! The juan site is good to go. Now I have to work on the e.a. site and s.w. site. I wanna get my plots finished before I move the girls again since they seem to being doing just fine where they are. I'm just hoping I have more females then males at this point.

the males always show first so don't get alarmed about males yet, watch for auto's in the stumbleweeds ,they throw out one here and there from the iranian mother. i just pull them on site fast as i see them myself but if ya wanted a fully auto ya can find a male and female if ya got enough plants to go thru to find them. these are the ones for parents iv'e been collecting from the main crop of a few strains ,i'll proply keep a fully auto male and female for other growers to use seeing i get them and just throw them out so i'll breed a small batch for a bean giveaway this fall

yea seems like i had a few juans that started to sex out under 24 hours of light. after a few days a couple few females started to show in the stumbleweed. But I'll be going out to finish up some work so I'll get another count when I got so see how many have started to show.

ok everyone I was out at the sites today and got some numbers on my females.

At the Juan site I have 4 females, 4 that still haven't shown and 4 males. Pulled one of the males and moved other three to main site to save for pollin.

With the Stumble Weed I have 1 female 1 male and 7 still that haven't shown. I moved and transplanted the female into a 7 gal smart pot and left the male at the main site for pollin

Out of the Early Amazon I've found 4 females, 3 males, and 7 still to go. I moved the females to the E.A. site and transplanted them in 7 gal smart pots. I will be using 10 gals for rest. Had to stretch my soil a bit.

So out of all my semi auto strains I have a total 9 females, 8 males, and 18 that still haven't shown yet.

If you've been keeping up with this thread then you probably know I have a fem. Sweet Black Angel as well. Today I also cut 5 clones off of her and plan on adding them to my guerilla grow and crossing with my Juan males to get some cross bread beans. Going to have to prep a site while I wait on the clones.

Also I still have the 5 bag seed females that have buds on them still. I cut most the buds on 3 of them and then put them under 24 hrs light. they revegged the other two are still growing buds. I plan on planting these directly in the ground with some amended soil and crossing them with Juan.

I've started germinating more bagseeds as well to plant directly in the ground. I still have 6 of my semi auto strains, but want to save them for just in case. So till I get more beans I'll just plant out these bagseeds just to add to the pot gold ya know! everything counts in the end. Plus I doubt it will be ready when my other girls are. So it should give me another harvest this winter not to say a big one but with enough plants it shouldnt be that bad.

I've been growing outside for three years in another Southern area. I always plant when it rains. I think the organic fertilizers are really a great help. I used Jobes this year.

The best use of time and water is to use lots of mulch. Leaves, plants pulled for weeds and anything else laying around. I've even used shredded paper.

The growing season is longer so started plants come on even in Nov. My biggest worry this year is whether the area will be mowed.

I agree about the organic ferts. My whole grow is organic. Roots 707 for soil, thrive alive green bottle for ferts, and super thrive for additive. if you would have used containers you wouldnt have to worry bout ur spot just move your plants

That's good to know. If a good portion of them are females then thats some pretty good numbers, and I would be thrilled with that.

Looking foward to it! I'm anxious to see how these buds put up with the humidity! Gulf side is rediculous right now, I send positive energy your way man, hoping no more tropical storm/hurricane winds that could mess with your girls
