Get caught with a joint and you will be lucky for them to even give a shit. With that said we have a law on the books that says they should just write you a ticket but the da's wont do it so they can make more money. There is also a Medical bill in the works by the dem majority leader but it wont get passed. Bottom line if you fuck up you will get arrested. Just moved out of north texas, currently in Oklahoma for school. Texas is a great state, some friendly people as long as you don't mess with their shit. Its not just a joke, most people here do have guns and carry them often. If you are a beer drinker get ready cause Shiner is one of the all time greats and the pride of the lone star state.

Non-governmental monopolies are illegal. The corporations are protecting their property using the courts. There is nothing wrong with that.
