makes sense, only the person who knows what you are referring to , isnt asking you,

you both agree that a child is more vulnerable and crimes against them are therefor more sever but ok, be completely vague

Cheeses tried to put me and my thinking in a box...he also tried to silently call me a racist.
When I asked him a question, he replied with a question of his own about racism...
Did you read that part or did you just skip to the last page?
Start at post #164. If you still have questions....

no i read it, i was just wondering when or if you had a point toward the discussion vs try and win a non existent battle with cheese who already agreed with you, can you read

so ill ask once again what is your point to using vulnerability in this argument . . .

Well then, it should be easy for you to show me the post where he answers my question.

I only mentioned vulnerability to answer a question....by the way, why are you getting all uppity about it?

All I want is an answer to my question...I answered his!

its common sense , that there are degrees of vulnerability , no one can argue that i child is less vulnerable then a adult, a blind version of either is also much more vulnerable, or hwo about someone with night blindness .. . .still wodnering if you have a point!?

Anyone who is a victim
Was obviously vulnerable

and i think this pretty much explains his thoughts dont you, i assume he agrees with you

and so lets pretend he doesnt agree with you . . .what are you getting at? Or is there a point at all? im starting to think you have nothing to say but to try and catch cheesus in a post hypocrisy . .. . .so im just confused as to why vulnerability matters in this "thought/hate crimes thread" discusion

so i think there is varying amounts of vulnerability, whats does that mean to you, what was your point, how is this so hard, you asked a question it shouldn't matter, in regards to discussion, who answers it .. . .

Did you have a point or were you just curious?

My question was post #172...
IN punishing crime vulnerability is also factored into sentencing

now answer this

So why is it again you think the law shouldnt having varying degrees of punishment that are based on intent
but seem to narrow it down to hate crimes that affect minoritys?

Hate crimes do go both ways you know.
If a black dude killed my wife tonight just because she's white, I still would be against hate crime laws. Does that now prove I'm racist?

i think it just proves you think the reasons why people commit crimes are unimportant . . ... why are you so upset if cheese thinks your a bigot?

Pretty much anyone that is against "hate" crime laws
are trying to frame this as a policy of reverse racism
Which is wrong because the law affects all races

Hate crimes are penalized more becuase not only are they attacks on an individual
They are attacks on our society, values and morals

If you are against hate crime laws you would be a hypocrite for supporting terrorist laws
and a whole slew of other legislation that punishes based on intent
And that is not a stretch by any measure

But why should the penaltys for rape of one be harsher than the rape of another?
Vulnerability.
i want to know why he thinks vulnerability has anything to do with hate crimes or thought crimes?

why cant you answer kelly4?
I was answering a question...Do you understand now Seedwell. When I'm asked a question, I answer it...that's how it works, right?

The question was about penalties.....Do you finally underfuckinstand?

Are you going on record as saying all victims have the same amount of vulnerability?
you still havent answered my question with any clarity? try actually explaining your thought process, to how vulnerability and severity of punishment dont equate to intent and serverity of punishment
Why should I get a longer sentence for dragging a black guy behind my truck than if I was dragging a white guy? Same crime...same intent to kill.
as you already agreed a 4 year old is more vulnerable , which goes right along with why crimes against children has harsher penalties? and if i am missing a concept jsut fill it in no need for fucks in words

and ya a child is more vulnerable to people who willingly commit crimes against children, and those people should be locked up somewhere dark and quite, same thing goes for victims of hate crimes they are more vulnerable to be victimized by bigots then non bigots for their, characterizations(race, creed, sex, ideology, age)
