Pretty much sure that at this point he can not run on his record, he can not make promises as his last were never acomplished so his last and only move has to be to Attack Iran. Sorry to all the men and women in service but get ready because he has no other way to win the election.

I would say right after the Olympics end, he wont stur up shit now but once that has passed look out. So kids, fill your gas tanks and put some cash aside because it will happen.

they voted his ass in with no record...... why doesthe last 3 years make a dif? OHHhhhhhhhhh wait...........

He has made over 500 promises, according to Politifact.com, a fact-checking operation run by the Tampa Bay Times. But its tally makes clear the challenges. It shows that 162 promises were kept and 56 broken. The rest were either stalled, compromised or still in the works, according to the study.

Oh are you showing us facts from a liberal newspaper owned website? It must be true lol

Here it is again! The information from that source must be a lie because it does not agree with my preconceived understanding of the world. If, however, that same source says something I already believe then it must be doubly right because even a source that constantly lies is agreeing with my preconceived understanding.

It is awfully easy to argue when you are in sole arbiter of what is true and what must be lies.

I find it interesting that the right complains that Obama has accomplished nothing, has kept none of his promises but the right claims that what he promised would be horriblely wrong. Another way to have it both ways - "he didn't keep his promise to take my house, raise taxes and make this a socialist state so he isn't worthy to be president - cause he can't keep his word".

Bwhahahah

The guy DID give us massive health care reform, something that many liberals promised and failed to deliver - and something not a single conservative has even promised.

I find it interesting that you talk to yourself on forums, I also find it odd that you really don't say much of anything at the same time.

What i find Hilarious is that
Fox Business has a different view of Obama and the economy than Fox news and the sheeple that listen to that shit

He said he would reform student loans. Done. He said he would save the American auto industry. Done. He said he would kill Bin Laden. Done. He said he would reform health care... getting rid of the words "pre-existing condition" and allowing children to stay on their parents health care until they are 26... doing this not by increasing entitlements, but by telling everybody, including those who used to use the emergency rooms and never pay, that you have to pay up... after every president for the last 100 years has tried. Done. He said he would end the war in Iraq. Done. He said he was against war, but wasn't unwilling to use America's might in helping the global community. Done (somali pirates, libya, working on syria). He said he would end 'don't ask don't tell.' Done.

Sure he's made some promises that haven't been kept. One of them is keeping guantanamo open. That's his doing. The rest, however, can be chalked up to the ass hats in congress who are determined to make him look like he's gotten nothing done.

You are wasting your time

For example
In a matter of minutes some right winger will bring up he promised to close GITMO
But fail to mention
Not only did the Republicans stop the transfer of prisoners
They bragged about it
CHICAGO—Determined to plan for the orderly prosecution and incarceration of terrorist detainees currently held at Guantanamo Bay, U.S. Sen. Mark Kirk (R-Ill.) and U.S. Rep. Aaron Schock (R-Peoria) unveiled legislation today that would block the expenditure of federal funds to move the suspected terrorists into the United States. The legislation also blocks the use of federal dollars for any future transfer of any new foreign detainees onto U.S. soil.

So my saying that the right complains that Obama hasn't done anything but they would complain if he had is saying nothing?

Hardly. In fact it is saying a great deal. Obama cannot please the right no matter what he promises, accomplishes or fails to accomplish.

He didn't deliver on any of the promises concerning health care. It won't lower costs is the main one but instead it further entrenches the holy trinity of hospital corps-insurance companies-big pharma. We will witness the passing of the individual doctor's office in the near future.

He didn't save GM, he saved the unions. GM would be a viable debt free company without huge obligations under a normal bankruptcy. In fact he costs jobs by chasing Penske away from Saturn and forcing the closure of profitable dealerships because they owned the property it was on instead of GMAC

He signed Lilly-Ledbetter without waiting the 5 days he promised and his female staffers make on average 2/3rds his male staffers and significantly less than John McCain's female staffers.

That leaves 282 promises, the problem is, he only has 5 1/2 months left to make good on the remaining 282.

damn that's a lot of promises. This campaign bidness is hard.

Romney did, he promised the people of Massachusetts individual mandates and they got the highest healthcare costs in the country.
