BT and spinosad contain microorganisms that break down under UV. It's always best to spray them just after sundown. If you are in a mold prone area, use your judgment but I think spraying at dusk is fine.
You still foliar feed even though you apply the pesticides. I thought that might be counter-productive. That is why I stopped foliar feeding my plants after applying the BT.I didn't either. I sprayed the first time in the morning. Then I read that and it makes sense. I'm only spraying once per week for cats and give my foliar feeds in the am.
I usually skip a day or two after spraying the insecticide each week and use a fine mist. It seems to be working okay. I have had no issues after my brief spate with the leaf rollers (which prompted the purchase of BT). I only foliar feed twice a week (in the mornings) and will probably stop in the next few weeks when the buds get a bit bigger. I'm thinking of giving a shot of MG Bloom Booster next foliar feed. Probably at half strength. Wondering if I'll see an uptick in bloom production. You still foliar feed even though you apply the pesticides. I thought that might be counter-productive. I'm started out at 1/2 strength....gonna see how they react and work my way up until I see a lil leaftip burn.......and then back it off in between that feeding and the last feeding and that will be my ratio......I like reading plantsWhat strength do you plan on using, Fresno?
