i have 3 .22 weapons. Two rifles (a Winchester model 190 which was bought by my father in 1961(?) and handed down to me when i shot it so much i wore it out. *Rebuilding it for my son as we speak* and a Ruger 10/22 that i bought as a replacement) and a Ruger Single-Six .22 revolver(also a hand-me-down from dad). ALL my .22 cal weapons are for target practice/plinking and varmint hunting. Not much more use for them except the occasional euthanization of an animal.

Ruger 22 Single Six.jpg

The Single-Six (also referred to as the Redhawk model sometimes) is GREAT for teaching beginners how to properly handle a firearm since it is single action and extremely accurate.

EDIT: A cool feature of the Single-Six is that it has interchangeable LR and Magnum cylinders :)

I never get why people put their loved animals at risk by using them as security. Some poisoned meat over the fence and it's all over for rover
Not when properly trained to accept food from their master only. Speaking STRICTLY of TRUE guard dogs. In the absence of training, a buffer zone suffices.

That's a good point I never knew they trained the proper guard dogs well enough to not eat scrap food always thought they were just big feral dogs.

I just sleep next to my grow room when it's that time.

Fuck getting ripped again nothing more annoying then putting in months of love and care to have some ratpiss cunts to retarded to do it them selves disrespect you and the plants

i USED to work with police K9s. You would be surprised what a dog can be trained to do. Obviously if the dog is absolutely STARVING he'll eat whatever but as long as his master makes sure he has some of his master's food and he is trained, he'll eat nothing else.

Let's be real and honest though. While a master may love, respect, care for and take care of his guard dog, he is still a servant in the end.

HUGE difference between a family pet and a guard dog.

I'm gonna have to serve my neighbor.....I'm camping out with the 40-40 winchester tonight. this sum bitch peaked over my fence. I know this because there is an approximately 8in.x8in. piece of wood missing off the top of my dog eared fence where he must have been hangin too capture a glimpse of my garden......either that or his kids were bullshittin tryna get their toy or ball or something........either way the tent is set up and the 40-40 loaded. Fuck that! What makes me even MORE pissed is the fact that I let this sum bitch borrow my chain saw last month. I don't wanna end up having to shoot his ass either tho because I just got out in February and I aint goin back. What should a I do? any advice. warning shot? crack him on the head with the butt of my 'chester? I really would hate to have to  this sucka. but i will if I have to.....fuck the plants, this is my family home I'm talkin bout and I'll be damned if I let another man just intrude like it's the thing to do. help me out here. im at a loss:wall:
Just chill, my nigga. ;) Peaking over someone's fence ain't exactly the same as rippin' a neighbor in the middle of the night. Curiosity is curiosity. They see, smell, what you have and wanted to confirm. He might even want to tell you how beautiful your plants are. Who knows?

Bring him a beer some day and open the dialogue. People are afraid of being honest and upfront about stuff but it often is the cure for everything.

Yeah My plants are only about 16 inches under the fence line now so I'm pretty sure he knows whats going on lol......He caught me watering one day when he was on a ladder pruning his tree. He was like "What's going on?" I was like "Uhm, nothing. Just watering my tomatoes" lol.....He said "Oh, okay. I thought you were building another dog house" haha.....He's koo with it. I'm not the only one around here that grows anyways....A few Paisa's have larger scale grows around here. They all keep getting busted though.....with like 200......400......2000 plants......I know a little bit south of me they confiscated 8000 plants from a cartel grow last month.....Makes my grow look like nothing lol.

I wonder how the bull would react if you were crossing is pasture with a piece of meat in your hand to get to my farm you'd get some attention for sure & over here no fence are dog proof they are meant for cows the dogs can pass under if you trow anything over the fence you might still look like the best piece of meat for the dogos, you might want to send your parrot instead at least he could fly

I had to post this joke as it raced through my mind while reading your post Geronimo.

A task force consisting of a DEA agent, an ATF and an FBI agent arrive at a ranch in western Nebraska.
The agents tell the rancher, "We need to inspect your ranch for illegal drugs."
"Help yourself," the old rancher says, "but don't go in that field over there."
The DEA agent practically explodes. He whips out has badge, sticks it in the rancher's face. "Mister, we have the authority of the Federal Government behind us," he sneers, "and we'll go anywhere we feel like going. Got it?!"
"Yes, sir," the rancher says.
"Good," the agent says. "Now you can go about your chores while we go about ours."
A few minutes later, the old rancher hears screams and looks up to see the agents in the field he warned them about. All three are running for their lives -- close behind is his biggest, meanest bull. With every step the bull is gaining ground on the agents. They are clearly terrified.
The old rancher immediately throws down his tools, runs to the fence and yells at the top of his lungs...

"Your badges! Show him your badges!"

Who you think you are bro Jesse james?
Dont risk your ass with a gun, just go over there grab him by the throat and politely ask him not to look over your fence again, if he does its the last thing he will ever see. Also grab your chainsaw after you let go of his throat.
