Ticketed, robbed, AND banned from Island Resort and Casino.

I haven't been out of house in quite awhile. Belle gave me permission to go to casino and have some fun. I got a room cuz I didn't want to get lake night drunk driving. It was a smoking room. Got some dinner around 9 or 10, took it to my room so I could medicate also. Smoked little more than half joint. Went back gambling, went back to room to crash. Finished off the joint. Figured I better leave window open cuz of smell. This morning I actually slept in till about 8 am. Woke right up, packed up my shit, rolled up a joint for later and threw it in cargo shorts pocket with lighter. I had a win ticket with a few hundred on it from last night, so I leave my room and there are a couple security guards in hallway. Went downstairs with luggage and stopped at machine to gamble for 20 minutes or so and cash out and go get breakfast. I got a bad feeling and looked over my shoulder and I am literally surrounded by various cops and almost cops. One, of course is a tribal cop, there was a menominee county cop also. These guys surrounded me, said they believed that I was in possession of marijuana. Now this is within a half hour of me opening my eyes!! No joint yet, no coffee. They had old people scared shitless like I was gonna start shooting and shit. THey went through my luggage and shit. Stole my weed. Stole my fucking $100 Mendo grinder. Told me that shit was ruining their community. I am not going to go into details of what all I said to them, and many probably wouldn't even believe me anyway. It's been hours and I am still wanting to fight. I get half a dozen guys around me wanting trouble, I get pretty fucking amped up. Told him several times to arrest me. Was completely treated like I was cheated at blackjack table or was passing fake chips or some shit. They ticketed me for some shit and I need to go to court. I was on federal land and on Indian Reservation, I am sure I cannot fight ticket. Not to concerned with that. I want to let everyone know to watch that shit. I like casinos, and I like to stay at them when we go travel cuz I can get drunk and gamble and belle medicates and watches tv. For everyone else that does same thing, watch out for these fuckers. They are very very anti-mj and said it several times. Probably cuz they own several bars in the casino and sell beer in the parking lot (mostly to their own tribe). Of fucking course they hate mj.

It's a tribal ticket. They said card was no good there. I can't help but notice that the ticket says State of Michigan across top. It's a Uniform Law Citation. It saying it's a sate of michgian ticket makes me think they are trying to have their cake and eat it too. Fucking give me a ticket that says fucking black hole inside side. lmao.

I am legal as fuck. The county cop took it and walked off for awhile while he verified all the info. Probably wrote down my address, all that shit.

I am a pearl member there. I cannot believe it. I could give too shits about a little ticket. That is where I used to go just to get fucked up. I am pretty damn sure the casino did not want to loose me as customer over a joint. I have enough points on my card for several rooms. I am going to call and talk to someone with some fucking common sense on Monday. The way I look at it, they owe me another room. Fuckers.

Well if this is your stomping ground you may want to fight it. I'm not familiar with tribal law and or procedure, but just showing up to fight it is usually 99% of the battle.

I got mad again and just called and talked to a manager. They told me over the phone just now, that was bullshit. I/they think dude got carried away cuz I wasn't very nice. He told me who I need to talk to during the week. That is what I am going to do.

Honestly they said they could smell the weed in the room and on me. It is just really good shit. Me breaking it up and rolling it did it. With a volcano, I would have still been busted this time. But I am not arguing with you, vaps, and port. vaps are very very important.

I was just thinking the same thing, just grinding up a joints worth of what i have would stink out an entire hotel hallway lol!
