Germinating (24-30 Hours) //LEGIT\\
- Use Hobbe’s Germination Method
Environment
· Warm, dark, humid area.
· Possibly set glass on top of hot water heater, cable box, etc.
Hobbe’s Germination Method (No Sprout, and Preferred Method)
Shot Glass Method (No Sprout)
Materials
· ONE/HALF shot glass of room temperature Mineral Water
· 1 Seed
· Dark cup (to cover shot glass)
· 9” Small Pot (equivelent to solo cup almost)
· Magnifying glass (to locate seed opening)
Step By Step
1. Set shot glass on stable platform. Make sure environment is optimal.
2. Place seed in water, it should float.
3. Cover shot glass with dark cup, to keep as much light out as possible.
4. Come back in 24-30 hours. If seed has sunk, then ~dolphin~
5. You can now move into the seedling stage.
Keep under Humidity dome, with CFL on top of the dome until seed breaks through soil, and green leaves appear.
Water (Underlined text = Universal Guidelines)
· 5.8 PH Levels
· Room Temp Water
· UNDERWATER BEFORE OVERWATER!!!
· When soil is too dry, plants wilt. First bottom leaves wilt.
· “In general with plants you get better roots with fewer deep waterings than frequent light waterings. Though hydro is a different animal” – Voidling (RIU)
- Keep soil moist, not wet. After initial watering, no more water for 2-3 days should be needed. Then spraying water over cup of soil.
Lighting
· 18/6 Lighting if possible, otherwise 24/0
Seedling Stage (2 Weeks)
- Weekly Feeding/Watering Cycle = WATER, WATER,
- Move plant to grow room
- Spray leaves for 2 days to compensate for high humidome transistion.
- Water seedlings lightly (hand sprinkler)
- Water around stems, not on them.
Environment (
Standard)
- Low temp w/o lights: 65
- High temp w/ lights on: 78
- General Humidity: 50%
- Humidity During Veg: 60-65%
- Humidity During Flower: 40% (possibly need a humidifier)
Water
- Wait for top of soil to get dry and crusty, before watering again.
- If soil=dry 2” deep (finger), then water soil evenly moist w/o drainage
- When soil is too dry, plants wilt. First bottom leaves wilt.
Lighting
- 4-Bulb Setting
- Grow Bulbs (Blue Light)
- 18/6 lighting if possible, otherwise 24/0
Ventilation
· Small fan gently blowing on plants, to strengthen stems.
· Fan blowing into PVC pipe from non-grow side.
· CO2
· Sugar Fermentation

Vegetative Stage (1 Month)
Key: *** = Substitute with real information
- Weekly Feeding/Watering Cycle = FEED, WATER, FEED, WATER
- Rotate plants regularly
Lighting
- T5 Lights 4” Above Plants
- 8-Bulb Setting
- Bulb Formation
- (F F V F F V F F) ~ F = Flower || V = Veg
Ventilation (
HID lighting version)
Equipment
- Can Filter 33 (pulling air from grow-side)
- 178+ CFM 4” inline fan
- 25’ of 4” HVAC ducting
- Tools for custom ceiling vent hole***
Step By Step
1. Attatch Carbon Filter to the front of the Fan
2. Fit one side of Ducting to the back of fan, and the other side to vent hole.
- Cut vent hole to fit Ducting
- Lead other end of Ducting out new vent hole
- Seal both ends of Ducting, to prevent air leaks, etc.
Nutrients
50% recommended dosage for 1[SUP]st[/SUP] run.
75% recommended dosage for 1[SUP]st[/SUP] run, if all goes well.
- Spray Underside, and Topside of leaves
- If experiencing deficiencies /burns: https://www.rollitup.org/marijuana-plant-problems/488004-guide-nutrient-deficiency-toxicity.html
- Nutrient formula based off 1 gal measurements. Assuming you need ONE HALF gallon of water for your plants, cut recommended nutrient amounts in half. Don’t forget to cut in half once more, due to this being your first batch of plants.
- Always adjust PH to 5.8 after adding nutrients to water.
- If Water runoff is yellow with PH 6.0., then Toxic salt build up has occurred. Water looks yellow and nutes are acidic, therefore u got PH 6.0. Let it dry out and keep the PH HIGH at 6.8-7.0 to help neutralise.
- Mix nutrients with water in 1 gallon (or however much water you need) container. Shake well.
LST
Provide more even light distribution.
- “I wouldn’t recommend trying too many things at once. I would try out 1 or 2 different methods to start with.”-Scooby
- I basically just tie down branches as they become larger and the taller branches. There are tons of different methods; you just have to find what works best for you.
