Big ass casino, north of the pub, through the woods. Going from Esky out 41 you literally cross into Menominee county and can't miss it!! It sucks cuz I used to back road there from Gwinn. I get to drinking and cock sucking satellites automatically set my iphone back an hour. Lots and lots of trouble when that shit automatically happens, living by time zone change. So anyway, ya, Menominee County cop/deputy, whatever. He is the one that told me I should ride around with him for a day and I would clearly see the destruction mj is causing. So apparently I would ride with him one day, next day go to doctor and fill all these scripts for pain killers. Ya, get me in the casino and some pain killers, mix in a few beers and let one of their games take my money. lmao. They call that recipe for legitimate ban. lol.

I literally opened my door and almost bumped into one of them. They were at a neighbors or been watching me since night before. A few things I cannot shake, is that they said cards are no good on the res. OK, that's fine. Why the fuck did he need my card then and let cop leave room with it? Either it's valid and accepted or not. What would have happened had I not had a card on res. Double-secret ticket. Bonus-round trouble? The tribal cop honestly came off as fucking moron, it was exactly like getting in trouble at high-school. Dude was fucking clown. I believe that is common gladstoned. I had done some law enforcement duties in Maryland many years ago and would use state issued tickets on a federal installation. Depending on the offence at hand, especially when dealing with Maryland residents. I would often use DoD type tickets for non local non military personnel and USMJ tickets for soldiers. That is a general statement, as I did use a mixture at my discretion and as the situation dictated.

@ gladstoned No as there would not be a corresponding state code. It all depends on the court as to how they use these tickets. They often up or lower charges based on their independent investigation. It is essentially just a piece of paper documenting that officers perception of a situation at hand at that moment in time. Tickets are only used by officers for civil infractions and misdemeanors as custody, such as with a felony, is not appropriate.

So I've called casino six, or eight times. Left messages with both big managers. Called courthouse and talked to very nice lady. She said tickets are plead guilty by mail. $150. I said no prob, but I'd like my grinder back, it's a bad-ass Mendo. I could tell there was confusion, so I explained situation a little further, not too much though. She asked how I got ticket if I was legal and had card. Then she put me through to prosecutors phone to explain the situation a little. He isn't in now or today, so I will see what happens.

I haven't been out of house in quite awhile. Belle gave me permission to go to casino and have some fun. I got a room cuz I didn't want to get lake night drunk driving. It was a smoking room. Got some dinner around 9 or 10, took it to my room so I could medicate also. Smoked little more than half joint. Went back gambling, went back to room to crash. Finished off the joint. Figured I better leave window open cuz of smell. This morning I actually slept in till about 8 am. Woke right up, packed up my shit, rolled up a joint for later and threw it in cargo shorts pocket with lighter. I had a win ticket with a few hundred on it from last night, so I leave my room and there are a couple security guards in hallway. Went downstairs with luggage and stopped at machine to gamble for 20 minutes or so and cash out and go get breakfast. I got a bad feeling and looked over my shoulder and I am literally surrounded by various cops and almost cops. One, of course is a tribal cop, there was a menominee county cop also. These guys surrounded me, said they believed that I was in possession of marijuana. Now this is within a half hour of me opening my eyes!! No joint yet, no coffee. They had old people scared shitless like I was gonna start shooting and shit. THey went through my luggage and shit. Stole my weed. Stole my fucking $100 Mendo grinder. Told me that shit was ruining their community. I am not going to go into details of what all I said to them, and many probably wouldn't even believe me anyway. It's been hours and I am still wanting to fight. I get half a dozen guys around me wanting trouble, I get pretty fucking amped up. Told him several times to arrest me. Was completely treated like I was cheated at blackjack table or was passing fake chips or some shit. They ticketed me for some shit and I need to go to court. I was on federal land and on Indian Reservation, I am sure I cannot fight ticket. Not to concerned with that. I want to let everyone know to watch that shit. I like casinos, and I like to stay at them when we go travel cuz I can get drunk and gamble and belle medicates and watches tv. For everyone else that does same thing, watch out for these fuckers. They are very very anti-mj and said it several times. Probably cuz they own several bars in the casino and sell beer in the parking lot (mostly to their own tribe). Of fucking course they hate mj.

I was gone the majority of yesterday and missed call from one of the main managers for casino. He called me back today, I spoke for quite awhile with him. We have very similar views on the issues at hand and he reduced my fine and most importantly my ban to bare minimums of $150 and 3 month ban. He had already signed and sent a 6 month one and is voiding it out. I cannot and do not expect him to make a stand against their laws on medical marijuana. I told him I will buy a vaporizer for future visits. lmao.

I wouldn't even need the money for a commercial. UpperMichiganSource is the news website for TV6. On their online website they love shit like this because it gets a lot of comments and that makes them money. I knew I could go to them last Tuesday and not only have them run this story to make casino look like assholes, but also give me publicity as not only having meds, but having shit so good that I can't even walk through casino with it on me. Those are flat-out business opportunities and good publicity for me. Thing is, the casino IS good for our community, they do a ton for the escanaba area. Holy Rock 'n Roll pain train last night!!!!! Just waking without feeling like I am going to puke. Kind of a puss with the beers anymore, rarely drink these days. I feel kinda bad taking money from the nice casino, but it had to be done. Just for safety I told everyone in Manistique how I was treated at Island. They were all very very interested in story. Including security, police, pit boss. We made a few trips to car to medicate throughout night as well. Good time, and I do not think I will have any problems there. But I was working over their machines pretty fucking bad. lmao. One hand-pay out. I used to play Yahtzee with my dear ol grandma.
