Hazey Grapes always says if he ever finishes a grow he will "gift" his buds to everyone.
Awfully easy to say.
Have you not noticed all lefties are poor or so above the normal person that they run the Democrats?

See what the Commie bastards don't want you to know, is that socialism/communism ALWAYS has an upper tier, hence why they as political system fundamentally cannot work. However under Communism you'd switch to a one-party system.

Obama preaches that he wants to help low income Americans...bullshit, he spends other poor people's money on it and knows the whole time he'll always be above that shit.

Long story short, Lefties are generally poor or one of the elite, people on Middle Incomes are generally pragmatic centrists and richies are usually Righties.

David Siegel, the owner of Westgate Resorts, sent a surprising email to his employees Monday.

It said that if President Barack Obama wins re-election and raises Siegel's taxes, he will have to lay off workers and downsize his company — or even shut it down.

"If any new taxes are levied on me, or my company, as our current President plans, I will have no choice but to reduce the size of this company," he wrote. "Rather than grow this company I will be forced to cut back. This means fewer jobs, less benefits and certainly less opportunity for everyone." In a version of Romney's "47 percent" remarks, Siegel added that "people like me who made all the right decisions and invested in themselves are being forced to bail out all the people who didn't. The people that overspent their paychecks suddenly feel entitled to the same luxuries that I earned and sacrificed 42 years of my life for."

The points are ones that have often been made during this election. But what makes the letter surprising is the source. David Siegel is the man who, together with his wife, Jackie, built the largest new house in America, known as "Versailles." His story first appeared in my book, "The High-Beta Rich." It then made it to the big screen with the documentary film "The Queen of Versailles." They became symbols of outsized spending, debt and real estate in America.

But when the company started buckling under $1 billion in debt during the crisis, the Siegels' home went into foreclosure and was put up for sale. They cut back on the jet, took the kids out of private school and gave up some of their staff.

So why is David Siegel — a man who defined excess and debt in the 2000s — now saying that debt and spending are ruining the country?

I asked David and during a phone interview last night, and he told me that this was about his workers, not himself. He said his own finances have vastly improved. He has paid off all of his major lenders. "I have enough money for the rest of my life and enough to leave a good inheritance for our kids." He said the loan for Versailles is paid off and he's resuming construction on the home.
hmm 1%er voter intimidation isnt that illegal?

I bet the email was checked thoroughly for legality, Im sure the douchefag was simply "making a statement about possible tax related lay offs", a vetted statement of sorts.

Im not a leftie and the guy should be let run his company, but I do believe in fair pay for a fair days work. Also as an employer, if you treat employees well there is a quantifiable productivity increase.

Anyways, I'm sure he has an out.

Darden's plans also include revamping older Olive Garden restaurants.

Darden Restaurants, the company that operates Olive Garden, Red Lobster and LongHorn Steakhouse restaurants in Atlanta and nationwide, is experimenting with limiting hours of some employees to avoid health care requirements introduced in the Affordable Care Act.

Darden Restaurants, the company that operates Olive Garden, Red Lobster and LongHorn Steakhouse restaurants in Atlanta and nationwide, is experimenting with limiting hours of some employees to avoid health care requirements introduced in the Affordable Care Act.

The pilot project is only occurring at a “select number” of restaurants, the Orlando Sentinel said, while the restaurant company determines whether it is a viable option. Under a provision of Obama Care that will take effect in 2014, all large companies must offer health care to employees who work 30 hours or more per week.

Orlando, Fla.-based Darden is the world’s largest casual dining company and has about 185,000 employees, the Sentinel said. If widely implemented, according to observers, the plan to limit worker hours could result in less-skilled workers and a higher turnover.

I dont get why people seem down on the guy.

You can say whatever you want. If you guys had 200mil sitting in your bank account, you would spend your days getting as HIGH AS POSSIBLE and your nights getting as HIGH AS POSSIBLE. The most you would do is keep up with your own crop.
But, if this guy doesnt take on the headaches of running a business and having his money squeezed, then he is a bad guy?!

This is what I have been trying to get through to you knuckleheads all along. You treat the 1% like shit, they take their money and go home, and who can blame them? I know if I had that kind of money I would be on a permanent vacation.

It is now being reported that Olive Garden is cutting back full time employees and firing to avoid Obamacare. Details to come out later.

Yes, turn the employers against the employees and lets see who wins.
Obama is great at division. Races against each other, parties against each other, rich against the poor, employees against the employers, four great years to come!

this ones a beaut "
“I’m not bragging, I’m just stating the fact: I personally got George W. Bush elected,” Siegel told me during two days of interviews. “I’m not proud of it. I feel like I’m responsible for all the problems in the world.” By that he meant, mostly, the then-deteriorating situation in Iraq.
Here’s Siegel’s account of how he swung the election in Bush’s favor: “Whenever I saw a negative article about [Al] Gore, I put it in with the paychecks of my 8,000 employees. I had my managers do a survey on every employee. If they liked Bush, we made them register to vote. But not if they liked Gore. The week before [the election] we made 80,000 phone calls through my call center—they were robo-calls. On Election Day, we made sure everyone who was voting for Bush got to the polls. I didn’t know he would win by 527 votes. Afterward, we did a survey among the employees to find out who voted who wouldn’t have otherwise. One thousand of them said so.”"

Thats pretty much sums it up, ginjawarrior.
Basically the way the world works. You have to be "diplomatic" with people you want to use.

With 4 more years we will be a nation of part time workers.

I would shut the shit down out of my company. Obama said if he gets re elected, that he is going to have government take over more business, and invest in more companies like Solyndra.

The part you were supposed to watch.... The reason I posted the video, was for people to see the beginging when Obama was talking about "taking over more business" . I have not seen the entire video myself, but you for sure missed the point of my post. If Obama can't run on his record, then the campaign's plan is and has been, to make people run from his opponent. You are the drone trying to help him accomplish that.

Obama proved it in his own words. It was a video clip of him saying it in his own words. SHOW ME WHERE OBAMA SAYS
GOVERNMENT TAKE OVER IS A BAD IDEA. If not, then we are done here. I'm not going to communicate with a total fucking retard.
with that logic, obama proved he would cut the debt in half.
