wanna learn how to clone....

i have really hard water in my area, is plain RO ok - ph'd down to 5.8?

or should I use like 250ppm so they have a little bit of nutrient stability?

Your tap water should be fine. For reference, my tap comes out 7.3, and 160ppm on average. I've done it with distilled and tap and really saw no difference. Never went with R/O, but if you are worried about your tap, just mix 50/50 tap/RO.

I've used different gels, powders and solutions all you need is dip N grow 1.5" rockwool cubes and 5.5 plain water (tap or R.O.) tray and dome that's it. I also own a cloning machine where I only use water roots in 10days

How long has it been in flower? It will still work, may take an extra day or two to see roots. In your pic above, it doesn't look like its growing buds yet, which is a good thing. If I need clones, I will take them a week before the switch if its a known female, or as soon as I see sex after the switch. If its past 3-4 weeks since the switch and defined buds are growing, its only worth it if you want to save a lineage.

Just a few days ....started shooting pistils 2 days ago...so I'm still good for a few days?

Yeah, thats perfectly fine. Don't worry about a dome or misting using this method.

I wont...I got it I think...select a prime candidates...trim everything except for the top 2 nodes if opposing 3 if alternating....have ur cup/water/foil ready...pluck it in n in 4-7 days...roots...then dirt...indirect light while waiting on roots...how much of trimming should b submerged?
