Someone is going to have really happy christmas there.... `Ganja,wait to see the new custom 'bad ' ones ,what they'll do .... Comin' straight from deep-deeper-deepest stardust space....

What to explain ? Which delay ? Uh ? Anyway.. Imagine now... Use your fantasy.... Plenty of "hot whites"....Half the panel ... Some with blue chips & some with violet/uva chips.... (both chips at highest bins c.400-420 mW & 420-440 mW @350mA . ) The basis .... Ooopss..Some Blue/green is missing there ? Fill up with some CW ..Few.... The rest of panel is occupied by both types of pinks.... Now... There's a lot of testing in front of us... Get ready....

Once upon a time ...It could not be done ... They were only reds.... Along ,came the blues later.... Now there was hope.... There was light.... Later the blues left ,while the whites came.... Red & white.......Ohhh,now something gooood is really gettin' started .. But the whites ,got wild...Burning hot and icy cold... ...............The reds got scared...Too old ,for wild tricks .... And now as we speak ,the kinky pinks are getting into play.... White & pink.... Ledovolution..... Light is adaptin'........ ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- He-he-he..... Now ,ladies & gentlemen ,I've the reds ,how I wanted them... Not radiating lonesome and brutally ,but cool surfin' along the same wave , with blue,orange & far red surf-buddies... Reds are dead ,here at this planet... Pinks ,rule! Complete R+B led panel in one led package... Still at @ 350 and at wide emission...I want light wasted to the sides of my tent !!!!! As I want small power ..(Photo-inhibition/-respiration can wait now....For loooooooooonngggggg .....) All those reds spread at low/moderate power all over.... "Weighted & counteracted " properly ,so to be ...productive reds.... Pink,actually.... ... And the Queen ! My precious hot white ... Oh!!!!!.... ( a teardrop now is falling....) .... I can't wait to get them in my hands!!!!!! I've to test 'em ,now!

..... He has started "smoking out" the WR.... We need to stash his microwave oven ,away from .. .... Brother,that's what I like with those asian manu/rers... They have all the time & will (at a price given,of course) to sit down and customise their commercial "donkeys" ,into "flying unicorns"... As long as you are pretty detailed to what you need and you have the bucks ready.... Still we have a lot of talk to do with 'em... We have to rise the quality of leds as much as possible ,at best price ratio.... So....On with the cup,lens & silicone...And we need a bit "thinner" copper base/slugs ..For lower thermal resistance... Edit: Still ,this way of utilising leds for small space CE is probably the most expensive one... See..... -Massive 4lb aluminium chunk for cooling....That's very expensive alright.... But it is forever...It's the body of the whole thing..... -Multiple chunks of those....At moderate powers ....No lens..Although brother EraserHead from Area 51 ,has put me into thoughts.... They are needed for protection....That format of leds ...Kinda looses it's lenses ,kinda easy... (ok, you can still glue it back -not with a cyanoacrylate instant glue!!!!-with a bit of soft silicone ,but it is rather a micro-surgery operation there...) ... (Somebody HELP !!!! THE EDITOR IS GONE !!!!!! ).. So....I guess something has to be done there....ASAP.... -Now,custom & way bettter quality leds are being made.... ..... Drivers.... Those SL are crap....1 out of 10 gets fried with no apparent reason.......Suicidal drivers... ... Something not that expensive... Easy to find,from everybody to replace,in case of ...accident... Search-more search...... .. Oh !!!! Have you seen the new PCBS ? Custom made.... Thinner alum and epoxy layer ,thicker copper lines ...White "racy-flective" color .... ....Nice....Keep advancing... Step by step.....

Look now.... I gave the order to two led manufacturers (both in ShenZhen ....) one is my "trusted " one ..... The other is a new one who made some nice offers..... Wait'n'see,now.... One of them is trying to get advantage of me....To fraud me ..He's trying to pull a stunt,there.... Let's see ,which of you ,would have been takin' "rotten apples" ..... For the pink A (small peak at blue 440-445 nm ,traces of green ,large peak at deep reds ) ... -The older -trusted one he offers this : The led exactly (or as close as possible ) made, up to the specifications I gave him... For an average output power at @350 mA of 370-400 mW ,he claims that he measured approx . 48 lm at @350mA / 25°C Tj . He offers each of these leds about 1.5$ .... -The newest ,he offers : The led made with 'new' "brigelux " chip 48mil x 48 mil and his own phosphor ('much beter that Intematix phospor') ....... For an average output power at @350 mA of 400 mW + ,he claims that he measured approx . 68 lm at @350mA / 25°C Tj . He offers each of these leds about 1.2$ ....He wanted to make a better price from the old one.... ...He-he.... " .....This is ...Farta(-t)!!!!!.." One of them ,obsiously doesn't want to make fair and good business ..... Which one,that might be ,you think ? 1.5 $ for 48lm or 1.2$ for 68 lm.... ???? One of them is lying ..(big time,actually....)...And probably neither of them ,does actually lie ,for the photometric measurement values ..(lumens ).... Probably they are both telling the truth,there....(they 've been "informed" that we measure the leds ,photometrically... So,if we notice serious declinations/deviations from our standards set,then we cancel the whole deal.But that's actually, a booby trap set there, for them...Call it 'Insurance Policy',if you like.........).... I'm not good at all at marketing ....But as a crazy sailor,comin' from far away,I've eaten plenty of star salt..... Doing business with them ,is way tricky....They live their " A...Asian Dream" ....." Easy money "..... But .... Ourshelves we've been there,long time ago..... Now we're going back ,where they have been ,for so long ..... At the "No money ..." state of being.... So.... They play with their rules.... ..... As for us ..... We've none left....
