Thanks to all for your feedback and best wishes. I've decided we are gonna see the grow through. I'm still very worried but the more I think about it, I don't think they are going to sell me out. I made a HUGE show on Sunday night when all the shit went down of breaking down the OLD grow box. I made a shitload of noise and threw stuff around. My stepdaughter, who's 19, told my wife that I must have been really mad because of how quickly I got rid of everything. So in her mind, it's all done. Now she needs to pass that on to my punkass step-son, who in turn hopefully will pass it on to the neighborhood punkbitches. We live in Florida but not in a small town at all. I won't be any more specific than that, for obvious reasons.
Anyway, I decided to finish up this grow. As I said, I took my growbox, and placed that inside a larger outdoor storage box. I installed a lock on the outside box. Very little light escapes at night. My intent is to place our gazebo over this general area to reduce the direct sunlight and heat buildup. Both boxes are not hermetically sealed and have sufficient creases and holes to allow venting. I also have an extractor fan installed in the growbox. I intend to buy a temperature gauge later today to measure the heat in there. This is the best I can do for now and hope for the best.
I've posted a couple pics to illustrate what I'm doing. You can clearly see how I've placed the growbox inside the larger storage box. I've left other storage tubs inside the area and I intend to pile gardening supplies, like my whell barrow, bag soil, etc., around the area. What do you all think of this setup?
