Id trim the dead leafs on top a bit try to prevent mould from taking root she is on her way anyway bud

I'm actually in the process of doing that.
Looking at the top closely, the trichomes are still shiny so that's a good sign it's not burnt from the lamp. Phew!

In the first pic top of bud looks suspect for bud rot....if it's soft cut it off....if it's not I would try to get those dead sugar leaves out.
As far as harvest window a pic of the whole plant helps a lot....although I see a lot of clear still.

Some of the leaves on the cola look dead. Its been said already, check it for rot.
Place the light further away next time.

Yeah, about 16" away though. My other 2 plants are the same height but they're looking normal...
