Zimmerman sues NBC

Hallelujah! A lefty admits the obvious.

It is obvious that what NBC did was intentional, and that their intention was to ramp up a salacious story. NBC's actions after the edited recording was played, they fired three employees, demonstrates that they knew it was a lie. Z had not been charged with any crime before NBC played their piece of propaganda. A few days later they continued the narrative with their "fucking coons" reporting. To me, this demonstrates their intent to libel Z. After the edited tape was played multiple times and the "fucking coons" lie was played multiple times and the gullible public (i.e. the "low information" fools such as Unclebuck and yourself) was sufficiently pumped up with blood lust, Z was charged with murder 2. A few weeks later the feds got involved and investigated Z for "hate crimes".

The only question is whether Z was harmed by NBC's lie. How much harm is attached to being charged with murder, which carries a potential life sentence in prison? What compensation would you demand if you were libeled in this way and charged with murder as a result?

The only mention of "hero" I have seen here has come from you.
again, the media have long been given leeway on how they present their stories, editing etc....

he was not charged with murder because of the editing of the tape.

he was charged with murder because the evidence suggests he chased down and started a confrontation, which lead to the death of a person. his stand your ground justification didn't hold up because a reasonable person could've avoided the confrontation. remember stand your ground isn't a defense for murder, it is a legal justification for the use of deadly force....

What NBC did to Zimmerman was wrong. Lets not confuse the situation, Zimmerman is a piece of shit, not some fucking hero. You always post some kind of Rush Limbaugh bullshit...You probably think FOX news is the greatest thing since Joe Mccarthy
So if I think you are a piece of shit, its Ok for me to slander you?

You're using a preconceived misunderstanding of facts distort your conclusion. Zimmerman was leaving the area when he was attacked, so he didn't start the confrontation. His "stand your ground justification" hasn't been to court yet, so you saying it didn't hold up is just wishful thinking. A "reasonable personn could've avoided the confrontation" is misdirection. No such standard exists. He was leaving the area anyway, what more should he have done? "remember stand your ground isn't a defense for murder" sounds like you've already convicted him.

except precedent is not on your side. a lady just got 25 years for firing into the ceiling while trying to escape her abusive husband.

and we've been over the zimm case. you don't know shit about what went on that night. you still buy the lie that zimm was leaving the area. he wasn't, he said so himself in the interviews. the last interview with serino ended with him admitting he went down the T to look for martin.

martin was the one who fled zimmerman multiple times, only to have zimmerman follow him and go looking for him. this is all established.

you can't stand your ground in a brisk forward trajectory, stormfront red.

NBC didn't charge zimm with murder, the state did upon a further examination of the facts. ya know, facts like zimm saying he was attacked and immediately pinned at the T, which didn't line up at all with the murder occurring another 75 feet or so south of the T. you know about facts, don't you?

i guess not.

in your warped little mind, zimm is the victim. if only black people didn't go walking around, he would not need a truly courageous judge to dismiss the suit altogether because it's all just politically motivated retribution for the black man!

If the government owns and operates a bus service and it treats citizens differently by charging them different rates or by segregating them it is wrong.
that's not what you said before though. what you said before was that black people should have gone and bought some land somewhere if they didn't like being forced to the back of the bus.

remember?

YA private company running a bus line should be able to have whoever it wants as customers and whatever policies it wants - it does not cause any damage to anyone by refusing them service, it just simply does not help them.
we've already been over this on this board and as a nation. segregation did cause harm. you are choosing to simply ignore history, just like you are choosing to ignore your own statements about blacks needing to go buy land elsewhere if they didn't like sitting on the back of the bus.

The free market had already fixed the problem and the government took steps to make the problem worse and keep it in existence. Businesses are so touchy about the consumers feelings towards them that they do whatever is necessary to keep the customer happy.
except that many businesses thrived and did just fine with "no negroes allowed" signs in the windows. this is basic history. this is demonstrably true. the free market did not end that, the civil rights act did.

i know you live in a rawn pawl-ayn rand fantasy world, but at least make an attempt to acknowledge demonstrable historical facts, catrapist.

So you're claiming NBC is part of the justice system, also?
no, only desert dumb is doing that by saying NBC charged zimm with murder.

like i said, i'm pretty sure eagle is referring to zimm trying to misuse the justice system to sue NBC. but some people are too dumb to ever understand that point it seems.

Sorry, that's just not creditable. Nor relevant.
this is all established.
You keep claiming this, but all the physical evidence is against you. But I would be happy the see you put forth all your arguments again.

huh? what preconceived misunderstanding of what facts? there are no facts in this case, there's allegations. zimmerman admits on a 911 call that he's following....

the reasonable person exists in stand your ground law, read the statutes.

what will be tested is whether or not you can start a confrontation, knowing you are armed, then decide to shoot somebody when that person confronts you back....

fox and hln, are the only outlets i watch. the libs hate them. why? the rest "decide amougst themselves" what off ap they are going to report, what the public needs to know, or should not know. this is called communist radio. one voice. the states. and the state is all behind the liberal media. they help one another. like the cover up in bengazi. they hate fox, because alot of their "daily cover-ups" are ruined by fox, hln, or talk radio. if they could get rid of these, they would have ONLY STATE NEWS. THEIR NEWS. WHAT THEY DECIDE WE CAN KNOW, OR WHAT TO HIDE FROM US.

that's very relevant, you're just an uninformed dolt.

ya know who got 25 years for this lady? angela corey. ya know who's on the case against zimm? angela corey.

we've already established that you are completely unfamiliar with the facts of the case. go check the trayvon martin thread, you were completely ignorant of the most basic facts of the case.

go listen to the last interview with zimm. he tells serino that he went down the T to look for martin. says it with his own pretty little face that's gonna make some bubba a happy man in prison one day.

once you've proven to me that you're up to speed on the details of the case, we can talk. i'm not going to sit here and fill you in on all the fucking details that you're too stupid to review for yourself.

"zimm" is trying to use the tort system, not the justice system. "some people are too dumb to ever understand that point it seems."

let's not forget that after zimm followed martin for the first time after martin ran away, zimm then told dispatch to have police call him for his location rather than meet at the place he described.

this clearly demonstrates that zimm went out looking for martin AGAIN, just like he admitted to doing during the interrogations.

So you're just going to lie? There are no facts? So it never happened? "zimmerman admits on a 911 call that he's following...." He also "admitted" he was leaving, too. You're being mighty selective in your quotes. You a former NBC employee? ....... "you can start a confrontation" As in ask a question?.......... "shoot somebody when that person confronts you back." As in assault and batter? Let's be honest, you don't care what actions Trayvon Martin took that may have contributed to his demise. You just want to convict Zimmerman based on your belief that he was a racist, largely attributable to NBC's inaccurate, unethical, and possibly illegal "reporting".
