And get a smart phone. My phone is 2 years old lol. I can barely see the screen. My contract has expired and I have some nice upgrade options. Anyone have a smart phone that isn't Apple? I mainly want it to have a translator app with Hanzi support. That's my only criteria. I imagine in the Android universe there are a bunch of translators available. So who makes a good phone? I have AT&T.

Thanks for the input everybody. After looking at the AT&T website I've decided to go down to the store and actually look at some phones. And then play it like I'm gonna move to another carrier and see if they throw me anything.

My advice would be Iphone. That's all I'll say beyond do your research and find one YOU like. As for At&T your best bet is to play it like a car dealership. Get them right to the point of making the deal and walk out. They can always offer you more. When you feel like you've gotten the best you can at the shop get it in writing and then call retention at At&T and ask for more. You'd be amazed how much they can do to retain you.

Well my revolution never quite happened. I went to the store which was an awful ordeal in and of itself. I fucking hate malls. Especially around holidays. Apparently the website and actual physical store differ on phones. The girl that helped me knew less than I did. She even tried to lie to me acouple times about some of the phones' capabilities. I told her to show me and she couldn't because they didn't exist. I politely told her I had to go home and do more research before I make a 2 year commitment. So I've decided to sit and bide my time.

check out best buy man... i just got my gf a new phone from there, the s3 for sprint and they were awesome.. plus insurance is through geek squad... i hate the insurance that comes with mobile carriers, yep just pay as much as you paid for the phone and a new one will be right out lmao.... fuk that shit.

Neo, I thought the "Revolution" was to get AWAY from smart phones. Fuck the large carriers and their two year contracts, and keeping tabs on everything you do. I threw my iphone into the river going over a bridge. I got an old flip phone and went with a no contract provider that uses ALL of the cell towers of the large companies, so you always have the best coverage, rollover minutes, manage your account yourself online, etc. $25/mo., not $100+.

Samsung Galaxy S3- excellent phone. Samsung Galaxy Note 2- great just a little big. HTC One X+ also amazing. HTC Droid DNA on Verizon is the best phone out right now.

Im on the galaxy s3 and it is fucking awesome. i recomend it if you dnt want the apple. It can do all the awesome things technology has to offer. I got it for 200 on a deal for Christmas.

I just got the atrix HD. Went from iPhone to thus. And love it. Don't like that I went from unlimited 3g to limited 4g. But what ever. And with the mini HTMI anything I Fo on NY phone I can put on my TV.
