I made a video to describe to everyone (who doesn't know yet) what it means for Colorado, now that they voted to recreationally legalize marijuana.

-The Washington amendment is completely different. You can still be charged with a felony for passing a joint.
-It does not go into effect on January 1st, it goes into effect when the governor signs it. By law that should be within 30 days of the vote.
-You do not have to be a citizen to possess or purchase marijuana in CO under amendment 64.

a certain jill k. (last names rhymes with slutka) not only accepted my friend request on thursday, has done NOTHING to fuck with me, and was creeped out when a certain flnshaggy asked her if she wanted to cyber.
