So i been a grower for the past 2 weeks, and i think i have been do vary well hear some piks.

these are 2 weeks in the making.


these are 1 week old the same plants from the top.
tell me what you think, give me some tips and what not. lol i have the most ghetto grow

1 you need to get them out of the same pot.

Im growing some seeds of regular weed some high grade stuff.
Got tired of buying nicks and dimes lol
the pot is about 4 and a half gallons... you think thats too big?

we need more info, your set up/what lights you have all info is the way to go.......plants look ok but why 2 in one pot ? you need to add more dirt and get it up half way on your stems but don't water ever at the stem..... defo in pic number 4 more dirt

your seedlings look ok and my only comment is you sholdn't have used foil. it eats light and it traps heat.

Looking good, but you need to seperate them, and you need to move that foil at least 8-10 inches from ur plants, foil causes "hot spots" and you can't have it that close...(beleive me I use foil too)...and get more lights and put them 1-2 inches away form sides and tops, a nice mixture of 6500k & 2700k..(I take it ur using CFLs) a ratio of 2 to 1 is good for veg (2-6500k to 1 2700k) and the opposite for flower...here's my setup...

im using 2 23w 5000k, 1600 lumens cfl, the foil is temporary, im going to invest in mylar soon
and i dont have a second pot to put the other 1 in. And why cant i keep them in the same pot
im getting my income tax soon so ima have everything up to par and im going to post before and after so you guys can see.. im excited, i hope this grow
comes out the way i want it to.

I wouldn't consider that huge for two weeks. That's pretty on par with how they should look. All my grows have looked like that at ~14 days.

Stop running 12/12 and do 16/8 or 18/6 like a normal grower. How many times do I have to say cannabis does not need a rest period in veg before it starts clicking in peoples minds. 12/12 for veg is stupid. And bmeat, before you destroy this guys thread in your infinite quest to look as stupid as you possibly can. Cannabis is a C3 plant. It will photosynthesize as long as light is available. However it DOES need dark to flower.

i am vegging for a week. 12 hrs in my grow room and then by the window for a couple more hours. i cant have lights coming out of my closet during the day

here is after one week of 12/12..very slow

if this guy has a plant that big at one week..wow

Thats making some good use of the coffee containers i like that.. I also do the same thing ,but i really like big contry crock butter containers .really saves some cash and cuts down on transplanting ..nice job!

i was running my plants on 24 for a week and half once they poped out of the ground then i ran them on 18/6 every day.

It gets chilly in my apartment so the extra heat would be lovely.

Well the reason to seperate is that they will be fighting for the nutrients in the soil, not to mention if 1 is male it could make ur other have seeds even if you clip it and take it out...be sure to water to the sides of the pot, that way the roots will grow away from each other for when you go to repot, it will hopefully make it easier, and 2 - 3 gal pots with plenty of holes on the bottom is more than enough...AND..lol... you will want to get more lights 'quick' cuz they take off b4 you know it...
