I know it's been ask before but on my streching if I replant do I remove the two little leafs on the stems?
Ya "do not" pull them off!!! What kind of lights are you growing with??They popped up 2/5/2013 this stupid iPad won't let me upload pics, my tallies is 1 3/4" all are in Hempy Buckets. Seeds germs with no problems, purple haze,Grand Daddy's and 1 Girl Scout. It's the Girl that's streching.
Really?? Those are the "feeder leaves" for the bean, for at least the first few weeks and he only sprouted on 2/5/2013...just 2 weeks ago!!!It does not matter.
Are you fucking serious? The first few weeks? The Cotyledons(little round leaves) are there to provide energy for the first set of true leaves. They serve no other purpose. A few weeks the plant has no use for them. Hell some people are flowering after 4 weeks.Really?? That's not stretching.I wish I could show pics, the Grand is the one that streching. Between the feeder leafs and bottom of the others is about 1 1/2"
Nothing to be concerned about. Definitely not worth cutting off the seed leaves.1.5 inches between the feeder leaves and the first set of leaves at 2 weeks isn't stretching??
Actually it does. The cotyledons eventually get absorbed by the plant when the plant is in need of N. Removing them will mean the plant starts to eat it's fan leaves instead. It does not matter.
Mine are still there, and I just transplaned, and their not even 4 weeks old till friday, but they are turning yellow. Are you fucking serious? The first few weeks? With that said, you should leave them alone. You are doing nothing by pulling them off. Why even bother.
