How old is it? How big is it? Do you have any pics? They are "feeder leaves" for the first few weeks of the seedlings life, so it depends on how old it is, I would let them fall off...would you want someone to pull an arm size scab off your body?? "It's jusa babay!!" *Steve Erwin..RIP*

Really?? Those are the "feeder leaves" for the bean, for at least the first few weeks and he only sprouted on 2/5/2013...just 2 weeks ago!!!
Are you fucking serious? The first few weeks? The Cotyledons(little round leaves) are there to provide energy for the first set of true leaves. They serve no other purpose. A few weeks the plant has no use for them. Hell some people are flowering after 4 weeks.

With that said, you should leave them alone. You are doing nothing by pulling them off. Why even bother.

I wish I could show pics, the Grand is the one that streching. Between the feeder leafs and bottom of the others is about 1 1/2"

One of the Purples I went old old school, 3gl black pot 4" soil mix then added a fish & 2 oranges cut in half top with the soil mix added the seedling and set outside. That's the way we did it back in the 80's, then we started using Hempy Buckets. We would follow the G/D concerts and ask for donations. :-)

I never germinated, my friend did it and i just grow the plants they bring by cause we had the land back then, we loved living out in Wilton. No one bothered you and you knew who lived next door.
