won't flower

Hey everyone, i have a problem my plant seem like it don't want to flower it has been on 12/12 for 22 days now and it hasn't shown it's sex yet, i did transplant it about 8 days ago into a bigger pot while it was in flower but it was only in flower for 2week so i thought that it needed a bigger pot, could that be the poblem why it hasn't flower yet, there is no light leak i check that and the ph is at 7 ... i will add picture as well, pls let me know wht the problem could be the plant is growing nice

A plant isn't gonna flower until it's mature. So if you flipped before then it's gonna take longer.

during the night or dark hours it is about 70d and in the light it is about 75d

next time see if you can turn the camera all the way upside down and point it directly at the HID lighting.
