won't flower

Hey everyone, i have a problem my plant seem like it don't want to flower it has been on 12/12 for 22 days now and it hasn't shown it's sex yet, i did transplant it about 8 days ago into a bigger pot while it was in flower but it was only in flower for 2week so i thought that it needed a bigger pot, could that be the poblem why it hasn't flower yet, there is no light leak i check that and the ph is at 7 ... i will add picture as well, pls let me know wht the problem could be IMG_1807[1].jpgIMG_1808[1].jpgIMG_1809[1].jpgIMG_1810[1].jpgIMG_1811[1].jpgIMG_1812[1].jpg the plant is growing nice

A plant isn't gonna flower until it's mature. So if you flipped before then it's gonna take longer.

i didn't know i put that plant in there yes that is my other plant which flowered in 13 days and is growing nice ..

i put the wrong plant in the pic but if u look at pic 1,2, and 6 that is the plant iam talking about
