Canna Crab Cakes

Getting the fry pan ready with canna budder, made two different crab cakes (one with canna mayo in it and the other to be dipped in the mayo), plated-ready to rock!!!

How much did you add to the butter, and the mayo? do you add more than the usual recipes floating around? Looks solid, and was just doing a bit of math.. at 1g/brownie.. would take 455 brownies to kill a pound of it :D

We made it with infused GDP bud (lab tested 22.29% THC and the CBD was high too), lemon juice, egg yoke, salt and pepper. I put 40 grams GDP in a Mason jar and covered with olive oil plus 1" and did a hot infusion.

The budder is made with 2oz per pound unsalted butter. Most use 1oz/lb.

That is cool, this was from the other day. I just wanted to show something different than cookies (which I make alot of)! I am dabbing some Sour Diesel tonight.

You should have splurged for the lump crab meat............
I thought that when I stated "fresh", people would realize that I bought fresh crabs and removed the meat. IMHO that is better than lump from a can. If there are no fresh, then I would buy lump.
