newbie question here

IMG_20130308_180236.jpg Hello, this is my plant, it (I started from a seed and have not cloned it to get the sex yet) is about 3 weeks into flowering.
My question is, these white hairs are the start of budding right? Is that even possible with 24hr sun light?

More about my plant if it helps. It's growing conditions are awful, 8" ceramic flower pot with 24hour light(yes, I know that more than 18hrs is basically wasted light) 2 florescent and 1 hologen heat light(I am saving up for a nice hps/mh light system to replace this). It gets watered every 3rd day, and is given food high in N every other watering. The soil is crap miraclegrow planting soil, so it probably doesn't get enough air. In another 2weeks I am going to start flowering. At which point I will change the light times to 12/12 on and off respectfully. Hopefully it is female, and I can get some bud to start my next phase of grow which will be a hydroponic system.

Ya they show pre flowers when they're ready to start buddin, and yes itsa she...and quit giving her N unless you want ur leaves to turn yellow and fall off, they don't use that much N when flowering, they use more cal-mag, and iron ferite, and zinc than nitrogen..
got a whole pic of her??

they use a shit ton of N at the start of flower that's why most people use veg nutes the first 2 weeks of flower

A picture of the whole plant would be nice. Riknstein is right about the Nitrogen; MG potting soil has built in nutrients already. A plant food high in N? Would that be MG all purpose plant food? Yes she is a nice girly.

She looks nice. You should probably think about putting her in a bigger pot soon. You say she is three weeks old?

no she is 11 weeks old, but a few articles I've read said that the seedling phase last any where from 2-5 weeks, and she didn't start growing quickly until about 5 weeks old so I marked that down as the start of veg. which means I miss spoke and she has been vegging for about 6 weeks. like I said the growing conditions haven't been the best. So she has been growing slowly.

I thought he said he was in the 3rd week of flower? My bad, missed where he said 2 more weeks of veg and MG is crap..lol..he started with, "Hello, this is my plant, it (I started from a seed and have not cloned it to get the sex yet) is about 3 weeks into flowering." Now that I read it again..I'm confused, cuz he turns his lights on and off respectfully instead of respectively..I guess he respects them lights, well hell I guess I respect mine too...lmao..

and as for MG being crap there blizard6, here are my results with MG soil, MG perlite, and MG nutes. They're still babies yet, but healthy..

002.jpg003.jpg006.jpgoh yeah a female.JPG and get ya sum CFLs to hang around till you get your HID, 26w 6500k & 14w 2700k is what I run w/sum T5s...

I ran miracle outdoors for a few years nutrients and everything. The results were just wonderful but like you I had to move indoors no more outdoors anymore. I switched to Fox farms Happy Frog and nutrients for better control during indoor growing.

Ya both of you, what kinda nutes, I use MG cactus (2-7-7) cuz it has less N, the soil already has plenty, but I mix a 1/4 tspn of epsom and 1/4 tblsp of unsulfured molasses with 1 tspn MG per gal and water-water-water-feed...when it's a couple weeks into flower I will water-water-feed heavy...
