HELL YEAH. I want to end up in Texas too, I'm not allowed back there yet though. But I'm gonna be making hash, traveling, and supporting Texas so that it can be strong, independent and wealthy. But I want to see Texas gain stonger ties with Mexico before I die, the word "Texas" literally translates to "friends" or "allies" in the Native American Caddo language. Then they would have a federal case on their hands. Same as Mark Emery is fighting his international extradition. And I'm no where near as high on the list as someone like that. So I'm pretty sure they aren't willing to fuck the law THAT bad, just to have "funsies"

And my misdemeanors are for marijuana, and Colorado is trying to sue the federal government over drug laws. I'm pretty sure they wouldn't ask for something with one breath, then attack it in the next.

Nope.. you can't - them violating the rules is specific to you, and you only.. has nothing to do with state legislation. Want me to state the 100s of cannabis cases before yours where the cops fucked up that did nothing?

...Isn't Mr. Emery currently serving time while trying to fight though? Extraditing you isn't fucking the law. It's what we do for our other states. But i'm just throwing stuff out there, see if you've given it some thought or not. Continue.

He is serving time because they came to CANADA and arrested him illegally, just like your suggestion of Colorado arresting me for Texas charges. It's not legal to do, but when I go back I will serve time while fighting my charges. Just like he is now.
