That company actually makes the only faux "meat" I like the others dont get the texture or taste right...ever so I tend to stay away from the faux meats but I love a good sanwich here and there lol

I think tonight's going to be a comfort meal reminding me of when I was a kid. Had them slice some pork chops real thin, fry 'em up in cast iron until real well done almost like thick bacon. Mashed redskins thru a ricer, butter, milk, touch of sour crème, baby green peas. Crescent rolls, Going to the store soon for the best chocolate ice cream I can find. After dinner small maint. bump, tryout of a new whiskey I got (WhistlePig Rye 10yr 100 proof) might make Manhattan's, big DarkStar joint, BattleStar Galactia reruns. Probably asleep before the news.

Five guys burgers n fries, i know the girl that works at the till and the last time i ate there i got a burger and shared a medium bag of fries with a friend and i was so stuffed so this time i was going to get a baby burger and take er easy. I said baby burger and she yelled two patty bigboy to the cook. I didnt feel so bad when she wouldnt let me pay though .......of course i finnished it, and regretted it

had a couple friends of me n the gf round. i did steak dianne sweet potato wedges oven roasted in steak house pepper with minted peas. Salmon fillet for my gf who aint down with hunks of cow.
guess i got my sums wrong and ordered 4 fat ass sirloins.

so it's steak and eggs for me tonight!!!

god damn, how do you eat like that and stay thin. my metabolism gave up the ghost at like 24. i was considering taking up smoking again to give me a boost lol. jks

I do 10 k on the cross trainer like 4 times a week and i'm still 15 stone/95 lbs

I aint "thin" but if you want you metabolism back pound weights and body build, and do your cardio outside

i'm going to tunisia in august. target goal is another 21 lbs 28 if i can manage it. not trying to bulk while i'm still burning fat. low carb at the same time is hard enough.

man i wish i could go for a hike in the snow, you dont know how good it is till its gone meats no good unless it doesnt have fat on it oh and ditch the yolks, thats where all the calories are
