Two options I would have, 1 I can repair it- or two I can insert a drop light in the hole, not the end of the world by any means.

Couldnt I just use one of the 120 CFM fans to blow cool air from room temp into the cab and then have the 400CFM fan sucking air out?

Isn't that what you're doing? Honestly I've found good results just leaving a 4-5ft piece of ducting out of a bottom port. There's enough pressure from the 6" "can" fan that it sucks it without needing a booster fan. Does that make sense?

The booster fan is blowing air into the cabinet...

With out my 120 CFM blowing air into the cabinet my temps rise...

Here is a breakdown on temps
1:45pm 75 degrees with lights off.

5:15 pm 81.5 lights on (lights on at 5pm) bedroom temp 75 with RH 42%

6PM 82.5 lights on bedroom temp 78 with 43% RH

7:50 pm 82.4 lights on with 77 room temp 43% RH

11:30 pm 82.5 cab with 78 room temp with 45% RH

I don't agree with the 80s being my temp... Something must be able to be done...

I have a 402 CFM fan.... With 2 fans blowing air around the cab with the light off, I have no heat issues.

When the light is on I'm at 84-86 temps when the booster fan is on at the top blowing air into the cab it shows temps around 82.5-80 degrees...

The company claims with proper exhaust and intakes I shouldn't have heat issues but I have 3 intakes and 1 CFM sucking out 11x the amount of air, how do I have heat issues?

Higher exhaust flow that intake flow should help with heat and humidity, but what I'm curious about are the three intakes. You should only need 1 in and 1 out, your current intake fan is 1/3 the size of your exhaust. I would think your negative pressure issues are due to this.

Temps rise if you don't use the 120cfm fan right? That's not a ton of space, I would think 240cfm in, and 300+ out would handle any light in that area. LED or not, that light is close to 400W and puts off some heat, move more air in or find a way to more directly exhaust the heat from the light. Maybe take a booster fan and mount it within an inch of the main heat area and vent that straight out.

Those temps don't seem that bad really. Some people swear by at least 80 with LEDs.

I finally got the temps to 78-80 degrees lows of 75 at night....Finally its looking good!!

Just a question I have that 402 CF fan, and my 6x24 carbon filter in the attic do you think I will have odor issues since I dont actually have the carbon filter in the cabinet.

Possibly.. The filter works best when you suck the stank air in your cab through the filter. Are you pushing it through now?

I am sucking the air out of the Cab, up and through Filter in my attic...

Yeah this so ineffective........never will have 100% leak free ducting............Scrubber goes into the tent ALWAYS unless you have a weird/inefficient grow room layout.

I have a Blackstar 600w in a Super Locker 2.0 and my temps mid day with the light on are about 78-82 running a desk fan and the carbon filter only.
