Folks in the USA, claim the Kingship. It is very easy to influence the elected and they cry for input they can use. But, there is a lot of us and the office doesn't have time for discussion.
You register an opinion. There is someone to answer at Diana's.
I say, name and town and issue... yes or no. They say OK and hang up.
Next is the handwritten note faxed in. No blatter, that is their job. But, a fax can add some facts to consider. Succinct and polite.

NoDrama you love putting words in people's mouth and also misunderstanding what is clearly written. Maybe even over analyzing. Or maybe it's my fault for saying "anybody" instead of "everybody". I don't think everyone should own a gun, is that clearer? My bad. Anyway, yes I know that felons can't get guns. I'm saying that I support those laws. I'm also saying that to change those laws then other laws would have to be changed. Allowing you more room defend yourself without worrying about going to jail for not letting someone murder you. Yes, I get the irony of saying that laws work on a cannabis site. Shit I forgot it was a cannabis site for a second. But laws do work. 100% fuck no, but they do make things a little better. (Not all of them of course) fucking your girlfriend in the ass is illegal in some states but it still happens.
Oh I can just about guarantee he owns a gun, it may be illegal , but he owns one nonetheless. Criminals don't really care about the laws, hence the reason they are criminals.

Here let me quote it for you and maybe then you will see that it makes no sense whatsoever, none, at all, zero sense.
So you are against anyone who wants to own a gun from ever owning one. But you say you aren't against people owning one. By default that means the only people you want to own guns are the people that don't want to own them.
Hate to break it to ya, but if people don't want to own a gun, they aren't going to, no matter how much you want them to.

I thought we were talking about owning guns legally. Why do people keep bringing up the fact that anyone can get a gun illegally? Fucking duh. This isn't the "how do we feel about people doing illegal things" thread. We all know the answer to that. It's about gun control laws and owning a gun legally.
You just made a wonderful argument that gun control laws do nothing to prevent bad people from getting guns.
Basically what you just said was that gun control laws will only hinder law abiding citizens, law breaker types don't care and will kill you anyway, especially when they know you aren't armed.
The gun control laws are having the OPPOSITE effect you wished for.

My wife does not want to own a gun. She only does because I made her when I was in the service away a lot. She never even takes it out her box in the closet. I touch it more then her, but she owns it.
