Talking of Irish cuisine, they got some lovely stuff over there to be sure, but the thing that brings it all back for me ( I'm Scots but my Mam is NI ) I virtually lived there about a quarter of my life, is the SODA BREAD, and the brown version, they call it WHEATEN ? where we lived, every time I get a taste of proper home baked Irish soda farls my heart aches for that part of me which is Irish,. I'm talking about the real stuff not the sanitised '' Andrew Rankin '' ( whoever he is ) stuff you can buy in the supermarkets.

What? not those blasted limeys kidnapped your primary stew maker? Unforgivable lol.

i learned how to make stew as a kid. one of the few things i actually could make before my mentor taught me how to cook

and it is a cider morning today! im out tho. blasted 6 packs. why couldnt theyhave invented a 7 pack. now i gotta go get more if i want tomorrow to be another cider morning!
yay for booze in the morning. what the fuck would i do withiout it? who needs applejuice anyway.

lite up a cannon of some good shit, and its on. the morning can officially start!

i might get some pear cider. The closest liquor store stocks a shitload of different ciders. probably about 5or 6 english kinds, a wackload of local, and 4 kinds of irish apple cider. and two irish pear ciders.

altho, pear cider is wierd sometimes. any votes?

That would be HAGGIS kush, and if you look closely at what goes into the original recipe, yes it is a bit gruesome, heart, lungs all the bits no one else wants, which is why it became the poor mans food in rural Scotland, the tenant farmers raised the sheep, cows etc and the landowner got the good bits, the beef, steaks etc. he then he gave the tenant farmers the bits no one else wanted, they being starving ( I know this will strike a chord with the Irish ) mixed up these cast offs with oatmeal and made a type of pudding, quite nice actually. But these days Haggis is made from the best of ingredients, and you even get vegetarian haggis so its not quite the nightmare it used to be.

Lol, its to hard to edit on this little phonr screen. u abd i are right beside one another. and it didnt get the second g.

Everyone bugs me about the spelling. lol, cant wait for a actual internet hardline. then i can hook ip the computer.

and for cideres, i have access to blackthorn, bulmers (called"magners" here. fuck if i know why),armagh, and tennents. the dude who owns the store likes cider too, so hes got like 20 kinds in the beer fridge.

vegitarian haggis, that might be alright. Looks amusing in my mind when i picture it.

well i just repotted my Cheese Auto.. i know it's not at all advised to repot autoflowers due to possible stuntage.. but the crap pots they were already in were too small. and i was at least VERY careful.. sigh.. *CROSSES FINGERS!* :/

I kind of eye autoflowering plants with suspicion, I know they are all the go and things have improved in recent years, I just need to see some good pics of autos from you guys to make me want to jump into the fray.

i know right. my top dawgs are my most treasured posessions! as for the autos, chucking em's a bit harsh! nothing but absolute death will stop me from letting em liiiive! lol! seriously though. they're my first ones so if this mistake murders em. i wanna see the consequences. The more you know!! ;)

I understand.

but 95% chance, your autos are toast. they suck like that. i do hope they end up ok. but they are tough.

i was educated by a auto geek. i trust what he says. he made it clear to me that transplanting was a serious no no.

my prayers are with your plants cloudy.

ok so i was away for the night and when i got back i checked on the autos straight away.. there has definitely been growth since last night. quite a bit of it actually! so i'm gonna assume i got super freaking lucky in the transplant..

Either that or your particular autos arent as shitty as a average autos, or you were extremly careful and didnt disturb the root.

i doubt its the first one. all autos are fucked in the head. you must have been extemly careful. thank your lucky stars, and your own due caution. i have heard of autos sucsesfully transplanted, but only a couple times. i have heard of experienced growers having issues
