the group in question was an after school program organized by the students themselves. what they did was all protected by freedom of assembly.

I'm not trying to defend oreily I think the guy is a clown.
I think what the op was trying to say is anytime someone with white skin says anything to another race about them dealing drugs they must be a racist. In fact just about 98% of every white mans day is hating non-whites or so the op would love to make you think. I think he has such a hatred towards whites he has to find anyway to cause some sort of racial drama he can.

and this was an after school program, the school had no part in it. this was all covered due to that pesky freedom of assembly.

first you have a problem with blacks voting after church, now you have a problem with blacks exercising their right of assembly as coverwed by the first amendment.
