A question for you seed growers. I have 3 seedlings just barely pushing out the node that has 5 fingers. If I switch them to flower now or roughly a week from now will they continue to veg a few weeks before they begin to flower?

To understand you better, are you asking will it continue to produce green leaf as opposed to start creating Calyx? If so, it depends on a few factors, age, of course genetics, so on... Are there any pre-flowers visible? Some varieties I've flipped before pre-flowering, and they took a couple weeks to take off. ATB!

Yea, they are total seedlings just barely pushing out the 3rd node, probably wouldn't even show signs of sex for another couple weeks. Would they just continue to veg until they're mature enough to flower?

Problem is I started the seeds about 2 weeks late and I don't want to create a perpetual like I used to have.

I put my Bubba 76 in at about 4 nodes, and took about another week or so to actually begin true flowering. ATB!

if you do dat after maturity (alternate branching ) it will start to flower

peeps dat flower from seed or before maturity is actually stressing the plant into a false maturity an thinking it is time to flower
but it takes a while to come on - the time will vary from genetics to genetics or plant to plant

Thanks for the answers guys, my intuition told me the same thing but it's always good to get knowledgable second opinion.

Today is day 1 of 70 for 6 hazy og. I planted the seeds a little too late and these 6 are too big for the seedlings to compete with so I'm vegging them out a bit.

Yea, sorry guys, computer is on the fritz. Just about halfway through this grow and I managed to get 6 plants to fill the canopy rather than the normal 9. I've been taking weekly pics so when the comps back up I'll have a good update for you guys.

Well, shit! Went outside to see how the ladies were doing this morning and they all have pistils shooting out the top. I guess it's too early in the season to be vegging o outside. I don't have a month to wait for them to reveg. Looks like I'm going to be popping seeds.

I think ive decided to pop my 6 pack of L.A. affies. The hazy I have vegging isn't ready for a set of clones yet so I'm stuck.

Changed my mind again last night, popping 3 L.A. affie, 3 purple OG, 1 kosher x hazy(my own bean), 1 critical jack, and 1 OG #18.
