HORRIBLE NEWS! One of my 125w bulbs, over the autos, took a hit.. one of the tubes cracked... it is now 100% fucked! SHIT!!!!

I'm Actually now.. fucked... no way of replacing it.. aaaaaaaaaaaaah!

not to worry cloudy, if you can get few quid together hit up an electrical wholesalers and you`ll get some cheap enough, or likewise get some cheap small wattages until you manage a new 125w...

pity your so far down i have some spare here...

thinks i'm gonna have to starve this week and fork out the €40 for another.. can't wait for a delivery and nowhere sells just easy cfl holders + low wattagers for cheap around here... boooooooo...urns

no homebase or woodies? even a regular hardware should stock both low watters and holders, if you get a few holders for the bulb you can wire yourself a string up to say 250 actual watts, on a 13a fuse, the draw across the fuse will be about 3 actual watts so safe and won`t ruin timers as some cheap segmet ones can go funny when on cfl`s....

never had that problem but have heard of it happening... but you can get a good few bulbs going with only one wire running in the room, its alot tidier....

That's a bummer cloudy,like folk say, get other light in there desk lamps, table lamps fit them with cfl's, your fortunes are being sorely tested.

well until thursday, i have set up my top dawg lights for the autos while the top dawg sleep . got em surrounded by random lights.. and during the day they'll have to deal with getting just sunlight through the window.. lol.. crisis averted! ish... ingtonshireville...

My autos were looking mighty healthy this morning. and they love getting a bit of real sunlight during the day. my top dawg are starting to frost up nicely.. i'll throw up some pics sure!

right! today i'm going getting my lights sorted! i'll either come home with another 125w red cfl... ooooor! a tone of crap to make my own cfl structure!! which Is what I really wanna do!

:-( bummer cloudys bilb broke.

i just got some 24w t5hos for seedlings and cloneer im making. i didnt go with that cfl system cause it would have cost me the same and the t5hos are better lightspread. and the 125 w bulb is way mere expensive to replace.

i didnt know someone could actually grow weed properly with that shit. good work cloudy

Unfortunately it's the bulb I bought second hand (I know that's a ridiculously bad idea) but it cost me 40 and it came with an e40 cable and reflector to mount it too which cost 35 alone over here so it was a sweet deal.. but i'm hopefully ordering some light fixings and some y splitters and making my own. found a place that sells 24w 1500lumen bulbs for €2 each. which is incredible compared to other cfls around the same wattage (€9.99)
