I'm sure I'm going to dream of that 7 layer tonight because I can't take my eyes off of it & there's now way I'm going to be able to secure something like that tonight. Right about now you just don't realize how much it sucks to be me for the duration.

But I did manage to find some cottage cheese in the frige, an avocado off the tree & a recipe on the net.

That's as close as I can get right now & two layers are better than one.

I'm actually just too tired to prep dinner or drive and I'm really fine, but you just made my day with your kindness. I got nothing but respect for you GWN.

It's either Karma at it's best or one hell of a coincidence. I've been helping two people & their pets for quite some time now because fortunately I have the resources to do so.

I honestly can't tell you enough of how much I appreciate your kind offer, regardless.

This one is for you!

Made some fresh hamburgs on the grill tonight. I'm used to cooking them frozen and didnt burn them too bad.
Seasoned with some salt and ground pepper b4 they hit the heat.
Sometimes I soak one side with Worcestershire sauce once on the grill.

What is a simple way to make tasty grill burgers?

Ground beef
fine slice an onion
grate or blend a slice of bread to crumbs
add 1 egg yolk
salt n pepper

Then anything goes, I like to add a chilli fine chopped or flakes, or a bit of steakhouse pepper mix is good too.

The same basic mix bit use pork and replace the onion with spring onions & a half can of real Chinese hoi sin sauce, mix and leave overnight. Make patties next day and grill. Those are my speciality.

Who else got some good ones?

Sounds good but I like my burgers kinda rare.
Had some blood on the bun tonight.
Cant really add chicken or pork to the mix.

I don't like onions but...A thin slice of onion does wonders to a dull burger.
