Buds on leaves

I am confused. I have grown outside several times. This is my 1st indoor grow. I am doing 5 clones and 1 unknown bag seed. The 5 clones look awesome but the bag seed is straggeld looking with much less budding than the clones.

What has me confused is ,only on the bag seed, some of the upper fan leaves near the top have small buds forming in the center of the leaf at the tip of the stem? Is this not uncommon on some strains with extreme indoor lighting. I am using 1000 watt hps in a tent. Or I questioned if it is a female trying to form seeds befote finishing to try and survive?

Going to try and upload some pics for the 1st time.

Rare is ok with me. I just didnt want weird seed sacks or something that would cause other problems. Just looking for the best advice i can get. This site has alot of knowledgeable people.

Has anyone else seen this before? My main concern is the begining of a hermafidite. If there is a chance it will screw up my clones it will b gone immediately! I only have roughly 2 weeks to finish. If you have seen this before and it is truly no big deal please tell me not to worry about it.

its a mutant for sure, now weather its a hermie mutant only you can tell with close inspections of the plant a couple times a week, look for balls or bananas poking out. id let it ride unless i seen male flowers then its off with its head. wouldn't worry to much, but definitely keep an eye on it for male flowers.

If that was less weird I'd probably just cut it down, but that's SOOO weird I hope you grow it. Please post pics! But yeah, make sure it's not hermie.

Don't worry until you see nanners man.
It's just riding the short bus right now, nothing to panic about.
AND, unless the rest of the plant is way more advanced than that, you got a lot more than 2 weeks left.
Even second pic, right side, I see long white hairs.

Do most of your fan leaves look normal? Cause in the first pic, you can see it's actually 2 fan leaves joined together... at least that's what it looks like to me. Might have been trying to form a node or something but the fan leaves didn't separate? I can't really tell in the second. I've never seen anything like it though... very weird for sure!

It seems to be growing well. Everytime I get an retard plant, it never grows well. Never seen one with buds from the fan leaves. See if you can take a couple of clones. It's fun to save novelties like that.

Okay you caught me. Two weeks is wishful thinking. Probably at least 4 weeks.

Its not that uncommon, and its usually not something that tells you that something is wrong with the plant either. But from picture two, it looks like you have a ballsack ready to burst its pollen.

Last update on this harvested and it did herm and pop some beans. Oh well just an experiment to chalk up more experience. The other 5 clones resulted in 12 zips dried and cured plus 3 oz. of popcorn and leaf for butter.
HAPPY GROWING TOO ALL. IM HAVING A BLAST!

Good shit ;D I had a retard plant last time that turned out to be my favourite of the bunch but terrible yield and terrible pest/mold resistance, it was basically terrible but the smell and the smoke was so good.

lemon larry og does that in flower and grows branches from there in veg
