happy Canada day! who got that poutine?????? man i really want to try some authentic poutine. i know i can make my own over here but regional/national dishes are best done by those that know them well. anyone else make a point to try a nations dish or liqueur etc when abroad? i love italy, gelato and lemon-cello ( eff grappa in it's horrid grape skinny ass! )

today salmon steak, sweet potato wedges and mix veg. nothin too special.

no poutine was had on canada day. but poutine is awesome its very simple too never over complicate that shit , dont put fancy schmancy fucking gravy on it or special 4 title long cheese just straight up french fries gravy and mozz cheese curds, its when people start to fuck it up and make it all fancy that they ruin that shit

Pepperjack cheeseburgers w/suateed mushrooms and onion
Grilled sweet corn
Funyuns
Dr.pepper

Ill have what hes having^^^ I had pan fried home made turkey burgers. They were pretty good but they lacked the sweet savory mix of the onions and peppers or any sides. I cant wait for the fourth of july and shooting off fireworks. Good eating to all and to all a goodnight

Dinner tonight:
Fried chicken tenderloins w/buffalo wing sauce
French fries
celery sticks and buttermilk ranch dressing
Sweet iced tea..almost forgot
.................in case you don't know
BUFFALO WING SAUCE RECIPE....I use Franks RED HOT original cayenne pepper sauce
Just use equal parts of your favorite cayenne pepper sauce and unsalted butter.....melt together in the micro....and whisk it to blend,EASY!!

LOL...I alternate between Fried and BBQ'd...Chile con carne sounds good!Back in the day,when I was working in 3rd ward Houston.A dirty,nasty.old taqueria(Mexican taco shop) had the best Chile con carne on earth!with a salsa verde that you would eat by the spoonful.
