It's a safe bet that most people who grow cannabis also smoke it. Quite a few folks are making extracts now, and a few have set themselves on fire and blasted themselves and their friends to the Emergency Room with butane. I have used Everclear to make Rick Simpson Oil and got a set of bubble bags to make ice water hash, but a glass bong and some properly cured bud is still in my medicine chest. There is always a discussion/debate about the purity of the oil extractions and there is good evidence that they can be made well, safely and without impurities. But there are a few clowns around who foolishly ignore common sense and wind up hurting themselves and others. Do your homework before you jump into extractions with solvents. And yes Chef, my biology teacher in HS taught that water is the universal solvent.

I know farmer john 420 and he makes some of the best bho around and his shit still has butane in it. You will never get it all out. I promise you. You're all missing my point. Water is in no way shape or form a chemical solvent. Wish some of you went to the school of dank and herd it for yourselves.

Heard? We're not a bunch of turtles! I kid, I kid. But on the real, The chemical formula for water is H2O, which means each molecule of water consists of one oxygen atom chemically bonded to two hydrogen atoms. Thus, water is a compound. It's also a molecule, which is any chemical species formed by two or more atoms chemically bonded to each other. The terms molecule and compound mean the same thing and can be used interchangeably. And I seem to remember the same lession as 420, that water is the universal solvent... Just a thought...

Hello,

I figured I would jump in here and say hola my RIU Colorado Weed Nerds, myself and CSU have become weed nerds. Here are a couple of things we have going on at the house of flower, lol.

1. We are on the tail end of flower and getting ready to harvest. Our line this time is - 3 Death Stars, Blueberry, Sour Kush (aka headband), TOG (Tahoe OG), Black Cherry Soda and Sour D. We cut down BCS and Sour D this weekend and the rest next weekend.

2. We are getting a new ac in room and will drop the next round around August 3rd. The line up for that is not 100% sure about all the players but these for sure are getting dropped. Death Star (2 or 3), Pre-98 Bubba, Wifi-Tahoe, Sour Kush, Rocklock, Grape God (might be grape ape, cannot remember right now) and our on the fence girls are Black Cherry Soda, Sour D, and Blueberry. These are subject to change, lol.

3. We are late we know, but we have some outside girls we are are gonna run and see what happens, why not! The outside line up is as follows. 2 Death Stars, 2 Jedi, Wifi, Wifi (testing for Homebrew 420) and Mamboe (another tester for HB420). I thought we had one more. Anyway, those are the players and are all at varying sizes. We through them in pots and placed them in the herb bed, lol.

4. On deck for next round of veg will definitely be Death Star, TOG and the rest is to be decided, we will be running some Firehouse Genetics and hopefully some more testers for HB420. We will crack more wifi and Mamboe seeds and run them indoors as well, as part of our testing for HB420. It will be interesting to see the difference.

5. Lastly, I am always developing and testing new recipes for Medibles for my our patients.

Both CSU and I would be totally down for a meet and greet with everyone, it would be fun for sure. What about doing the BBQ for the Party Cup Growers and the weednerd all meet?

In the coming weeks after we move, try to organize a get together with some growers. Good times annd great herb.
