How do they water the plants when there isn't even enough CLEAN water for a lot of people who live in third world countries?

It'd be cool if Africa became some huge Cannabis jungle. But i doubt it'd be possible in our lifetime.

Plants don't need clean water, they just need water and just find a strain that can work in a dry environments. I know the dirt that a lot of people get that comes over the boarder is grown with very little water.
