While I can't speak to the effects of "lean" in regards to aggressiveness, I've never felt any amplified agressiveness from MJ. If "lean" has a reputation for a side effect of rage or something, I guess it has bearing. For me, TM smoking pot doesn't influence my feelings one way or the other.

There's no question Zim was getting his ass beat, severity of wounds aside. If TM uttered ANYTHING close to what Zim claimed, any reference to killing him or equivalent vernacular (which isn't unusual in a fight), then the combination of that and whatever level of beating he was receiving, would certainly support a reasonable fear for his life. The argument of some seems to be that Zim should have taken his beating and just "hoped" that he would be spared.

Obviously, that's just one theory. Zim being a hardened, cold-blooded, killer racist that shot the kid down for shits and giggles after just calling the PoPo to the area is another. I know when I'm about to commit murder, I like to alert the authorities and have them there as quickly as possible, so I have absolutely no time to cover my tracks. But like Zim, I'm a diabolical, evil genius.

Well shit, the prosecution should have had YOU as their star witness. To think, if they had known you had concrete evidence to that fact, Zim would already be rotting in jail. But to the point, even if it was manufactured by Zim, it was still a life and death struggle.
IMO and it's always been that way as opposed to stating opinion as fact..like so many others here.

Find someone who has been in a TRUE life or death situation and ask them what they did immediately after situation was averted.

It seems as though people who have never been in a real altercation or witnessed it first hand cannot grasp the idea that someone can be knocked out with one punch. If GZ would have been knocked out cold he would probably be dead and he would probably have less wounds than what he had that night. People seem to think that because they don't believe that his wounds were significant that his life couldn't have possibly be in danger.

Also, there is significant evidence that TM went all the way back down that T to confront and assault GZ. I wonder if anyone knows that TM had a guy walk back in that 7-11 and buy him 2 blunts. I also wonder if anyone knows that it had taken him nearly an hour to walk a half a mile back to the townhouses. I also wonder if people realize that the toxicology report shows evidence of heavy use of what we now know to be lean(he was also wobbling on the surveillance video, and needing to brace himself on the counter). I also wonder if people realize that it wasn't tea that he was drinking, but yet a watermelon drink that was called tea because the media didn't want to report stereotypes.
So Zimmerman couldn't handle someone who was stoned?

...ultimately responsible for the incident turning deadly...a life and death struggle...a life and death struggle...
LOL @ life and death struggle.

me petting my cat's belly can end up in worse injuries than what we saw in that "struggle", which was not a life and death struggle in any way.

You might want to inform Trayvon's parents that it wasn't a life and death struggle. I'm sure they'd be thrilled to know their son is actually still alive. Lol @ the ignorance...no matter how persistent.
so your only evidence that it was a life and death struggle was that zimmy decided to make it one?

that's the fucking point.

you can watch zimm walking alertly mere minutes later on videotape, after turning down medical attention. he then went to his doctor to ask for a not e to go back to work the next day and complained of almost no pain whatsoever, save a pulled muscle in his arm or something.

Well, let's put it this way. Would you concur it was a life and death struggle for TM?

how fucking dense are you?

it was not a life and death struggle for either party until zimmy decided to make it one.

it was a fucking roll in the grass. even goode, the guy who was 15 feet away, didn't see any punches, didn't hear any slamming, etc etc etc. he saw "movement".

if you've ever been in or seen a fight you'd know that punches make sound. zimmy might have gotten punched once.

it barely qualified as a struggle or fight.

Um, GZ already informed the Martins by making the choice of his own volition to escalate it to lethal..

Fact. Anytime there is a death, there should be forensic examination of injuries for all parties involved..mandatory.

in the video, his cop buddies, who he was trying to get on the force with and who he had seen or talked to dozens of times because he was always snitching anything dark that moved, were touching and handling him without gloves.

they never did a toxicology test on him even though he sounded like he was fucking drunk or something.

It runs the gamut. Cops I have talked to say a quite common reaction they have seen is laughter right after the incident.

whoa, whoa..drunk? you mean you don't know he's got Limballllls Syndrome? GZ has a pretty good history of abusing prescription painkillers.
