Soak them in water. In mean drench them every hour of lights on for the rest of your grow. Make sure humidities at like 80%.

Misting leaves in vegetative growth is useful and a great way to quickly deliver nutrients. Raising humidity in veg is useful too.

In flower the only thing I would ever spray is greencure as its an anti fungal but unless that's needed NO spraying in flower doesn't have enough benefits to outweigh the very real danger of causing your plants to mold.
