I WAS hoping this thread would be informative. I really wanted to know WHY to mist your plants as a friend who calls himself experienced told me to. What ever. Have fun spraying your plants.

um, just grow heavier buds but u have to grow a bud first I don't see you posting any pics. Misting leaves in vegetative growth is useful and a great way to quickly deliver nutrients. Raising humidity in veg is useful too.
In flower the only thing I would ever spray is greencure as its an anti fungal but unless that's needed NO spraying in flower doesn't have enough benefits to outweigh the very real danger of causing your plants to mold.
