So, I have been gambling for a while and have fallen, well, let's just say I'm behind the 8 ball. I haven't made a mortgage payment in 4 months and the wife doesn't know. I need to put everything down on one game this weekend or shit is going to hit the fan. Any tips?

Fuck, too bad you didn't ask this last week. That point spread between Denver and Jacksonville was easy money.

or was it?!?!?!? I mean, they should have covered. THAT thinking is what got me in this position. I actually lost our bed in a card game last Sat night. Wife doesn't know. She doesn't know I gamble at all. Hell, she's driving someone else's car and doesn't know it. I have a bout a week before the house of cards comes down. Let's brainstorm!!

Some college game would be your best bet or baseball.

DICE!

If I could find a Polack to bet me on a replay, I'd be great, but this is serious, very serious. I even owe a GD priest 3 large on a Notre Dame game.

Cash the bank account out and hide any valueables from the wife before telling her

With all due respect.

I'm glad I'm not young anymore.

dude you gotta be kidding man 3 large to a priest?? no fucking way i call bullshit

I will loan you the money. Do you have paypal?

It's not how you play the game, it's knowing when to stop it!!

That one statement got me to walk away from the table (after I won!) many a time.

Good luck !!

Clayton your predicament is a very common one. I think we've all been in the "pay up or get kneecapped" snafu. My advice would be to take a home equity line of credit out on your home, probably up to 80% of your home's value is allowable, and put it all on the most sure bet there is. Easy money.
