Exactly Doer, are the courts not part of the government, are they not the judicial branch of GOVERMENT?

Isn't it also true that both "sides" load that court with judges that reflect their own political views?
You are dancing. Only the SCOTUS defined freedom is real in Law. The rest is under constant debate, re: the 9th Amendment.

Can't think it through? Lay off those big sodas?

Goverment does no such thing. Insurance companys operating on the free market principle can enter or leave the market whenever they want.
Sorry bro. You failed to list an example of how Obamacare regulates doctors
Your argument suggests that people can do whatever they want SO LONG AS IT COMPLIES WITH EVERY ASPECT OF OBAMACARE.
That's the problem - Obamacare. It's not the insurance companies unilaterally deciding to change coverage and policies and doctors.
They are ordered to comply with the new government mandated regulations. There is NO CHOICE. THERE IS NO FREEDOM. IT's THE LAW.

Everything about you is ignorant. From your posts to your avatar. You're a political hack. You support any and every stance on every single issue the Democrat party brings up, before you ever even know what it is.

So you are saying that only government can make that decision for you?
Not exactly, I think High Fructose Corn Syrup is a product that is incorporated into our diets before we are educated and mature enough to see what is happening, to recognize the danger and avoid it all together. I don't want it legal for the public health issue it creates, it's pretty simple.

I think being fat rips your mind...like cocaine. You will lack common decision making in the addiction.
What I think you meant to post is " You will lack common SENSE decision making in the addiction."

So, you don't understand a simple sentence about decision making degradation in addiction?

Well, why is your comprehension compromised? Too much fructose?
Oh Okay nice guy.
Is it my fault I can't ever understand you because your grammar is terrible?

um, talk to the hand?..
Lard ass murderous animal abuser, I'll eat what I want. The nutritional "rules" only apply to animal product diets. I eat when hungry or I feel my mood change. On some days I only drink water, smoke weed, make love and just have a good time. It must suck worrying about calories, too much soda... I'm not the one a slave to my food. Use the hand all you want.

Sorry bro. You failed to list an example of how Obamacare regulates doctors
The ACA to date has over 20,200 pages full of new regulations.
Are you suggesting there are no regulations that directly affect doctors?

Here Chezzy, argue your point with the Physicians Foundation

The new law also turned the heavy flow of government red tape into a gusher. A 2012 Physicians Foundation survey found that almost four of every five respondents identified too much regulation and paperwork as a "very important" reason the medical profession is in decline.

With more than 13,000 pages of regulations thus far, and more to come, the Affordable Care Act will make running a medical practice even more stultifying. In addition to the mountain of paperwork under which they already labor, doctors will be faced with reams of new bureaucratic requirements, such as new Medicare rules governing patient referrals and reporting, new rules governing practice standards, plus tougher civil monetary penalties and criminal sanctions.

You will lack common decision making in the addiction. Now, tell us about all you addiction experience.

I am taking about more than common sense, you vast and un-formed Frutoid.

And if you were not just spewing from your brain farts you could get that.

It jacks all COMMON decision making. So, I am an expert. You simply blab.

So in your mind you can destroy your own body and mind with drugs but you draw the line when doing it with a Big Mac.

Cmon burgertime, think!
I was asking because it seems irrational to me. I believe in having the right to your own body. But, how can I fight for a big mac?

This is pretty simple too, who educates kids on the dangers and risks of taking drugs, remember, you want to legalize them. seems you want the dangers in life only you prefer.

Post something from a credible source please.

Why do you get so mad bro? I was just trying to understand what you were talking about.

I hope your new Obamacare insurance policy covers psychiatric counseling, because you've got problems.
