thai green, left it pretty basic, the gf doesn't like it fiery like me. and point blank refuses to eat it if i add the dash of fish sauce :(

Looks nice mate
My missus is the same , anything with chilli or remotly spicy she won't touch
She thinks fish sauce stinks to much
The worst thing is Thai food is one of my favs to cook , i love it
Thats why we have differant meals some nights
She has what she wants and i cook my spicy shit
Same with seafood i love anything from the ocean , the missus will only eat deef fryed fish from fish and chip shop

hahah too much is too much though. half the time i add it anyway while she's not looking but she always says it's a bit salty when i do ..... sssshhhh!

ah man i can never be arsed to cook two meals so i've slowly been trying to introduce my girl to hot food. she's getting there... or i'm toning down how much heat i like. not sure which.

i'm particularly picky with seafood. can't stand the really fishy tasting stuff. yet i love lobster, prawns n squid etc. i hate salmon in all it's forms :spew:

hmm kinda not really the one i make i chill it to form it sometimes its like a mashed potato blend but grainy..
when its in its round firm form it tastes like uhm idk goodness?LOL

That it does, and nothing like home made pea n ham soup/broth at this time of year. Mmmm ham hock n barley goodness.

Gf's dad is cooking for me tonight. He never season's enough and get this bizarrely he'll spend all day making a roast dinner then plate it and microwave each in turn:shock:

Says it stresses him so he just does it over the day. Tell me I'm not the only one thinks that's weird.
