I'd like to hear some opinions from people about their personal favorite strains for pain relief/headaches. Lately I have been going through migraines for the past few weeks.... i do have WW and Crystal beans from Nirvana but right now i am awaiting 3 reg bag weed beans to sprout for some exp under my belt...... :finger: you migraines....

Well, I don't have anything for headaches. BUT there are strains that DO give me headaches if I smoke too much in a short time, these are usually hybrids that lean more towards sativas like the OgKush. For pain I have used Purple Kush a couple times and it has done the job for me. Of course depending on what type of pain you have. Cheers!

Stress....
Very, very possible. I for one when I was in my early 20's, figured out that especially in the winter (and wasn't getting a lot of sun), it was caused by a severe lack of vitamin D.

Now I put a couple of drops of said vitamin in my cannagummies in the winter time ;)

I bet number one cause of headaches is diet.

Food today has so much salt, preservatives, high fructose corn syrum, xanthaum gum....

everything is causing your headaches lol

KUSH is great imo for headaches and stress

I hear you, migraines are a little son of a ****. I have heard that when you grind cannabis and leave chunks of the stem it may cause migraines. Also, if its recent it may be cause by the strain you are smoking. I have also heard that non-organic nutrients may cause this. I would even try to not smoking for a couple days and see if the migraines fade in any way. I might be wrong. :eyesmoke:

Diet as well... My girl and I are as organic as possible, including our own veggies and herbs (what I can possibly grow in an apartment with a balcony that is, and in my case you'd be surprised... I live in a jungle).
