Does the pH Perfect aspect of AN nutes really work? Looking for experienced feedback

Hey all,

I'm just about to order new nutes, and would really appreciate feedback from growers who have experience with the "pH Perfect" lineup from AN, specifically Sensi Bloom.

I'd really like to go organic with their Iguana Juice Bloom line, but if the pH Perfect really means I don't have to check pH, I want to test that out.

Thoughts?

Good point about in soil. So I hear it is worth it for my upcoming ebb and flow test setup, but for soil, I'll go with the Iguana Juice.

Thanks!

I'd like to see it deal with my pH 9.1/300ppm tap water
.... then I'll be impressed

Well, my tap water is 7.0/140-160, so I'm a bit better. I was looking for any insight at all. I don't mind spending $30 to test, but I'm sure that by the time I order (I'll let a day or two go by), I will have feedback from growers who have really put the product to a test.

Hey spek check this out... https://www.rollitup.org/organics/539844-subs-supersoil.html ...that's a link to subcools super soil, it's what I use, and honestly I don't have to feed until week 7 or 8 in veg, and by then I'm ready to flip into flower and I use Humboldt Organics, it helps nurish, feed, and balance your PH all for you buddy...good luck :eyesmoke:

So what all do you have to buy if one was to go with AN .... I've been considering Dynagrow, but even if AN is overpriced somewhat, if I don't have to screw with the pH it "might" be worth it...

anyways, whats the base minimum nutes I need from veg to bloom?

I used the Sensi grow for veg and Connoisseur A&B for bloom.. I just added some more of their line (big bud, bud candy, some root etc.) and I can say their overdrive product works almost immediately.

To answer the initial question; the PH perfect works as advertised. However, they advise using RO water. With that said, I use RO water and after checking the first week or two till I was comfortable it worked, I no longer even use my meters.

I see many people saying they are so terribly overpriced, but if you're willing to search the web for a few minutes you should be able to find a good price.

I don't care about price. The invaluable nature of your articulated post is what I was after.

Thanks,

Yes, the stuff works great in soil too. I got the Kind 3-part as a sample product (actually 2 boxes). My city water was over 8.5 ph and 250 to 300 ppm. Brought it to around 6.0 (drops not exact). Now have RO and still using it.

I seldom go over have strength. With Kind Base and bloom, Calmag, vitamin b, and molasses I am usually around 800 to 1000 ppm.
